He explained the process necessary to do the job right. I made an appointment for the job, and John showed up to complete the process right on time. He is very professional and did an absolutely perfect job on my car. I watched him and noticed his attention to each and every detail on the car. He is obviously very good at his job bringing everything he needed to my home including water, pressure washer, and all the other supplies needed. He did not even use the electricity at my house. He asked about it, as they had a special on the membership. Informed him was no longer active. So of course here comes the sale pitch. It would be nice to be able to pay for the wash, without having a an employee/sales person in your face. I was told they had a special for the platinum wash, which was normally $37, for only $22. He could get my membership active again and be set. After asking specific questions, I was told it was $22 a month for the platinum wash. This was a set price for the membership going forward. Again, I then asked that it was always going to be $22 going forward each month. Was also told I'd get 50% off any detailing services if I was at a location that did it. I agree, get my wash. Didn't really see any difference in than a regular wash. Look at my bank account in the beginning of April. What was I charged?? $37 a month, not $22 like I was informed. So I was outright lied to from the employee at that location. Signed into my membership, to dispute the charge. Took me 2 emails, as I never heard anything a week or so after the first sent. Did this time, course I also gave them a time limit. Informing them I'd report it as fraud to bank and fraud against the company. Got a response and they did refund me as I requested and canceled my membership as requested. What I found interesting is when you sign into your membership, you can see the dates you went and the wash you received. I did not receive a platinum wash as purchased, but a basic wash. Makes me wonder how many other times before my membership I may have bought a higher wash and received the basic?? Do not recommend going there, unless you want to be lied to, and to not receive the wash you actually paid for. How many others have been lied to and not receive what they paid for?

Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. I'll be coming back for your business again and recommending you to everyone who asks.

A soda can had fallen out of my backpack and exploded the day before, hence the reason I was looking for a detailer. Not only did they come the same day, they split the job between our work and our home so we could finish our shift. The truck is fabulous clean! Removed the soda, grass and dog hair. It's still finds it as Valero. I will check again when I stop by tomorrow. I was glad to see that the gas prices in this location within a shopping center in a pretty busy neighborhood worth $.10 less than other gas stations within the area. Waste gas prices being what they are, I thought that this would definitely be within the competitors prices. But on a Saturday afternoon it was definitely a nice surprise. There's plenty of lighting late at night. The convenient store is open late and the air pump it's free very close to the gas pump so you don't feel like you're so far away off by yourself. The convenient store of course has everything you need and a quick run to the store. And there's also plenty of parking even though it is actually a smaller station compared to others within a mini mall area. There are several businesses around that can accommodate everything else that you might need All in one stop.

From the moment I contacted Race Day Mobile Detailing, their customer service was excellent…read more I sent them pictures of my car and all the buffer swirl marks left on it by the dealer. They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. I highly recommend Race Day, as someone that has used them, and will use them again.

I'll be honest my car wasn't a mess but I can tell the attention to detail they put into the car. Even my mats are looking younger! It was easy to book an appointment (I believe the service requested/booked the "Rally Sport" which is their inside detailing), they were communicative and even early. Them coming to you puts you at ease not being stranded somewhere else. I really appreciated them asking if any spots needed attention. This is money well worth spent. The attention to detail and friendly service makes it all worth it. I will recommend and definitely keep coming back!
