Wow. Chris did an AMAZING job. He completed all the extra tasks I requested, as well as went above and beyond in detailing my car. I smoke in the car and there was dust and ashes in every nook and cranny and basically coating the car. Every speck of dust and ash is gone. My center console area with the cup holders and shifter had tons of crumbs and grime all over it. Now it looks brand new. The exterior of the vehicle really is blindingly shining. Had my small SUV detailed this past Saturday. I was unable to be home for the detail however my husband was. My car looks amazing--cleaner than when I recieved it years back! The rugs and seats were shampooed to perfection! There literally is NO dust or grime in my car anymore. Even the trunk was cleaned perfectly. My tires are shining and I am so pleased. Great experience using this company for a detailed interior clean for my husband's SUV! I emailed and received a phone call response within a day or two. Jalen showed up a few minutes early to my 8 am appointment and got right to work. He spent over 3 hours cleaning the interior and washing the exterior to perfection, not to mention he was very friendly and had a great personality. We have two dogs (one is a corgi with crazy shedding), and Jalen was able to get rid of all of the hair stuck in every surface. Solid service! Ryan (I think was his name) showed up on time which was 8am on a Saturday. The fact he was on time at 8am on Saturday gets points in my book. I scheduled a platinum detail service for my old daily driver Honda Accord. Not the nicest car in the world but I want to at least keep it in good shape while I have it. Ryan took a few minutes to talk about what my expectations were and then he went to work. I left him alone and about 3 hours later he was finished, this was their quoted time frame so no issues there. The car looked as good as I think it possibly could for an old beater. I almost wanted to go trade it in that day because I'm sure I would've gotten top dollar and then some in return.
