Also the car was never vacuumed on inside or vacuumed on the seats or seats. Cleanne and I pay $246 and I have the nerve to give me only $88 back don't ever go to that place. Save your a head ache. Terrible Customer Service and the place has no phone number. You're calling the office and they don't answer your phone calls. They may call you back the worst ever.

By far, this one is much nicer. There are way more vacuums and a lot more employees working, which makes a big difference compared to the other location that seems to only have one or two vacuums. The car wash itself feels bigger and more organized, with a pay station you go through before entering, instead of feeling cramped. The service was fast and efficient. It was cold that day, so I went inside and sat in the waiting area, which was warm and comfortable. Before I knew it, they came to get me and my truck was ready and clean. Overall, I really enjoyed this location and it might become my new go to instead of the one I usually visit. Plus, it's close to Midtown, which is a bonus. I currently have the unlimited wash and they also clean the inside and it's a great value.

As a hard-working customer, I expect to receive the quality of service that I am paying for. I purchased the $41 premium car wash package, which is advertised as a thorough interior and exterior cleaning. However, the service I received fell far below acceptable standards. When the attendant (Charlie) informed me that my vehicle was ready, I decided to double-check the interior before leaving due to prior disappointing experiences. Upon inspection, I discovered that my car had not been properly vacuumed at all , debris and dirt were still clearly visible under the floor mats, the floors were dirty, and multiple interior surfaces had not been wiped down. Had I not checked, I would have driven away having paid full price for an incomplete service. I want to be clear that my concern is not about the age of the employees. Everyone starts somewhere, and young workers deserve opportunities. However, proper training, supervision, and quality control are essential especially when customers are paying premium prices. Customers should not have to inspect the work themselves to ensure that basic tasks were completed. I strongly encourage Auto Bell management to invest more in hands-on training, performance checks, and accountability for employees before releasing vehicles to customers. Practice vehicles, quality inspections, or supervisor sign-off could help ensure consistent service standards. At this time, my experience would merit no more than a two-star rating.
