We had parked our Toyota Highlander in mulch not knowing that it would be attacked by artillery fungus spores. Attempted to remove it ourselves and found it slow going and required lots of elbow grease. Finally gave up and called Brian at Ceramic Pro. He and his technicians did an awesome job removing these tar-like balls from the outer layer of paint. Then they applied a ceramic coating to protect their work. Great shop in my experience. Prices are fair and they have a nice clean shop. My wife's car was new but had sat on the dealer lot for a while. I was worried it might need a bunch of correction but was relieved when they said it did not....which tells me they are an honest shop, not trying to gouge for that extra work if it's not necessary. My USB for my Apple CarPlay stopped working after getting a detail and I'm wondering if somehow they got cleaner inside the USB port. Also had some pretty obvious chunks of black tar left on my rims and driver side handle after the detail. I got it off at home just fine but for 400 dollars I guess I expected a bit more. I bought my mid-life crisis car (2007 Porsche Boxster S). When I got it I thought the paint was in decent shape. Looked into Ceramic Pro as a ways to protect the paint. Went to Tim because of all the great reviews and because he detailed the 'hand-me-down' car I gave my daughter (which turned out awesome). After doing a paint correction and the Silver (5y) Ceramic Pro treatment I barely recognized my car. It looked AWESOME. People thought I had a new car. Tim and the guy that did my car were super responsive and nice. So PSA: Detailing by Tim does not like to clean dirty vehicles. Called the shop a few days ago. Set up appointment for today, told them my make and model. We agreed on price $350 plus tax they were nice enough to give me a 10% veterans discount which I thought was awesome . They called this morning said it was too cold outside was it okay for them to pick it up and bring to shop, I said of course. Picked it up called me 20 minutes later said Jeep was too dirty and muddy it will cost me $200 more I told them that was too much please bring it back. Nothing on their website and in no conversation was I asked about how dirty my Jeep was. I mean this is what they do for business. Now I understand their site does say starting and $289 but we agreed on $350 I was fine with that. Excuse any spelling or grammatical errors. read more

I'll get the bad out of the way. it was a tad expensive. Around $230 plus tip to get the car detailed. The good - To quote John Winger from Stripes, "I have never been this happy in my life before". OK, that was a lie, but I had never seen my car look so good before. They cleaned everything in that car. The door jams, the engine, the carpets. Everything. And they did a great job. It looked brand new. It's the best auto detailing I have ever had done and will go back there every time I need my car really cleaned. Very friendly and professional staff. I had a 2002 Acura MDX detailed by them...I think it was the signature detail package. I bought the car used and the inside was horrible. The mats and floors were almost completely black (the inside was beige) but by the time they finished detailing it, it looked brand new. I always get compliments on how clean it is. A+ Company I recently took my wife's new car (bought used) in to have it detailed. I went to Tim because I heard he was the best. After using his Executive detail service I can say for sure that he is indeed the best. Tim not only detailed every aspect of the car but was also ableliminate a nasty cigarette odor that seemed impossible to get out. His Ozone treatment killed all odors from the car and it now smells like it just rolled off the assembly line. The price is worth every penny. You get what you pay for; and you are paying for the best! Spent $285 (including Ozone treatment) Tim used a clay bar on the paint and removed some over-spray. Its now silky smooth to the touch.
