They replaced all the bad wood trim and window sills with PVC to end that issue and replaced much of the old masonite siding with Hardie plank. They even rebuilt our deck! Once that was done, they painted everything with two coats of quality paint. They crew were professional, polite, and efficient. We could not be more pleased with our results! Kevin gave us a fair and reasonable bid and was very honest with the potential scope of work. Although not the lowest, CPM's bid was very detailed and outlined each step in the process.
