A typical large-size antler chew at the petstore will cost you AT LEAST $30 - but for $45 I get 4-6 LARGE antlers in bulk (by weight) from Terry at Michigan Antler Art. The product is amazing - always cut generously and have softened edges so there's no danger to my dogs' gums. He even deliniates between soft, medium and hard cores depending on what your dogs chewing preferences are. I now order directly from their website, through Paypal and 99% of the time, the antlers are shipped SAME DAY (for free if you buy certain packages!). I can't say enough about Terry and Michigan Antler Art - I order about every two weeks now and I get fantastic customer service; even a note in every package from Terry! Antlers are a fantastic choice for dog chews because they're not as hard as beef & pork bones, they won't break off into shards and risk internal damage, and they're shed naturally by elk & deer. They last a very long time compared to other bones; I just need so many because I have three hardcore chewers at home. I should also mention that Michigan Antler Art doesn't just do dog chews, they do create custom furniture and furnishings with antlers, as well as have some pistol/gun handle material. A lady named Terri Ann greeted me when I arrived and showed me several choices and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She wasn't pushy, just wanted to answer all my questions. I made my decision and went to the front of the store to make delivery arrangements. The owner even joined us for a bit which I thought was great customer appreciation. Terri Ann made it a great experience for me, no high pressure and a smile all the way. Also, they delivered it two days later. The unit would still not pump out all of the water. I asked to have this dishwasher replaced with a new unit because I was not keeping this one which was on its second service call and had not washed the first load of dishes. I had paid over $1,000 so I felt my request to be reasonable. I did try to buy another unit from Millards but there were none available in the finish I needed. They destroyed my check and picked up the non-working unit. HOWEVER, they sent me an invoice for $125 for installation which had a hand written note on it "You Owe This!" and underlined. When I went to the store and spoke with Greg Millard regarding this invoice, he told me what a favor he did us by not also charging for a pickup. That was a little more than insulting. This is what I would have expected from one of the "big box stores" and why I chose to pay a little more and get customer service over price. That was clearly not the case at this store.
