Next Level Cleaning is an appropriate name for this cleaning company. They took it to the next level, going above and beyond for what I had hoped for. We had an individual cut our granite countertop to install a new sink and faucet. Unfortunately, nothing was put down to cover and protect the counters, cupboards, etc.. What a disaster!!! Even our clean utensil drawer was filled with dust & debris, if that gives you an idea of how filthy everything was. The ladies came to the rescue and did an exemplary job. I'm SO thankful!! By far the worst customer service possible! I hardly leave a review but the lack of any response from this vendor should not go unnoticed. I originally scheduled service for 3/6/22 and confirmed two days before. Sunday came around and no call and no show. After several attempts to contact Crystal I finally got a response that she had a personal emergency. I won't go into details regarding her person emergency out of respect but the excuse she had seemed legitimate. We reschedule for the following Saturday 3/12/22 @ 9am. Well what would you know Saturday came around and again no call and no response at all this time. Disappointing and inexcusable regardless. They clearly don't value customer service or their customers. At this point I wouldn't even take a free cleaning from them because they probably wouldn't show or call again. I have plenty of proof to post if this review tries to get discredited but for now I'll just leave the review. read more

They were very responsive and on time, but I am not very satisfied with how it was cleaned. We asked for a cleaning before moving in. Now that we have moved in I see that the toilets were not cleaned well, they did not clean any cabinets, the bathrooms still had debris in the sink. The stove still has dust on it. The inside of the cabinets had something sticky. I had to re-clean everything. My brother in law came while they were cleaning and one was holding a baby in one arm while cleaning. I don't mind a baby on site, but it's hard to clean a house while holding one. That could be why it was not cleaned well. read more

Tried to get a bid from this company and got postponements and excuses. I got shuffled off to someone else who came out and looked at the job, then I never heard back. Tried to contact them but now the number is apparently disconnected. Best to avoid this outfit. As I am new to Yelp, I don't know how to respond to Crystal's response so I will do it here. She did give me a price quickly. I wanted to hire her. First she would be here at 11, then 12, then 1. Then, I'm contacted by Tony at MVP Restorations, who is going to come by and give the bid. Now Jim shows up from MVP to do the bid. But his phone doesn't work so he uses my phone to take pics and sent the info to Tony. Tony texts me and says he got the info and will get me the price right away. Waited a day and a half without a bid so I text him and I get a message saying the text is undeliverable. And still no price. I stand by my review and it is 100% accurate and true. read more
