My experience with Next Level Remodeling was beyond exceptional!!! I LOVED working with Tomer and all his crews. They did such a wonderful job from start to finish. The quality of work was outstanding. Each trade was incredibly professional, from craftsmanship, to professionalism to punctuality and precision. They showed up at each date, as scheduled, and on time. They kept the work site clean and the level of professionalism was upheld with each crew. He made sure I was able to get back into my house by the date he promised. If things shifted for any reason, he would quickly get things back on track before anything went off the rails. If anything went wrong (which was rare), he'd fix it without blinking an eye. If I had an issue with any part of the project, Tomer made sure it was corrected perfectly. He stayed on top of his guys like a duck on a june-bug. He had a demeanor that commanded respect, with no nonsense, yet he was always pleasant and cheerful and made me feel at ease throughout the entire experience...and he did it all with a smile. He made sure each job was clearly communicated to the trades and there was no question about how or what needed to be done. The level of detail each trade performed was top notch. He communicated the costs, deliverables and descriptions of each phase of work meticulously. He also knew when and how to push back on the Insurance Adjustor to ensure we had enough budget from the claim to get things done, and that the budget wasn't shorted. This allowed me to get all the things I wanted from the project. And when I wanted some extra things outside my budget, he did it for me at no charge, which was incredibly generous and kind-hearted. And there were quite a few things that he did which he didn't have to do. In the end, those things made the project so much dreamier!! It was so gorgeous when it was done!! He really went the extra mile and then some!! I would 1,000% recommend Tomer and his team for any project. His integrity, honor and honesty were visible from day-one...and that kind of character is extremely hard to find. We had our master bedroom toilet break, that caused severe water damage to our master bathroom, closets, bedroom that also caused water to seep into the walls and into our downstairs office. We needed dry wall and paint done in the office, new bedroom carpet, paint in the closets/bedroom/bathroom, bathroom floors replaced, the shower, the bathtub all redone. We added a few things to our "wish list" during this time as well. We included in our "wish list" for our bathroom vanity to be strained/painted, counter tops replaced, mirrors and light fixtures replaced, new sinks, faucets, we added matching accessories, new ceiling fans, and a large Tv mounted. We had the privilege of working with Tomer and his crew at Next Level Remodeling. We really couldn't have asked for more out of them. Tomer made himself available at all times despite all of the other jobs he had going on simultaneously. His communication each day during our remodel was exceptional and just so appreciated. His crew was always prompt, on time (even early at times) they were respectful and kind to myself, husband and my small children. Not to mention they always ended their work day with cleaning up after the job. The service, communication, quality of work - all exceptional. They really went above and beyond. This was a complex project - complete renovation of half of a condo due to a water pipe that broke from another unit. I had tenants in the unit that then weren't able to live there. Plus they are students, so busy with midterms and finals. Itay Darvish and Jennifer Maguire took care of everything - in addition to keeping me calm. They navigated the insurance process and stayed on my insurance company to respond and act. They even reminded my insurance company that they still owed me money - I didn't even remember - long after the project was completed. The tenants could only find a temporary rental for two months. So, Next Level had to completely demolish half of the unit, including two bathrooms, install all new plumbing, walls, windows, floors, tile, etc. in less than 8 weeks. They dealt with the HOA directly on building access, water turn offs, etc. Worked directly with the neighbors when they needed access. Communicated with the four tenants on progress. Plus, the tenants would often still be there to study in the living room. They completely handled everything - I didn't have to do anything. They made me feels so much better about the situation and alleviated all stress. Plus, the work quality was exceptional - high quality materials and workmanship. They were even available for a few months after to refine and fix things that you really don't know needed anything until living there full time. I recommend them highly for all projects, but especially when insurance is involved. They worked with all of the insurance companies involved, field inspectors, etc. directly. Next Level Remodeling were recommended to me by my mitigation company after our shower sprung a leak inside the walls behind lots and lots of tile work, damaging the bathroom and the ceiling of the room below. Tomer came to assess the job and was very professional and clear about the work they would do. We hired them on the spot. I was very excited to get the job going. Tomer, Thomas and their crew were always on time and always available to discuss details about the job. They were clear about materials, time frame, and payment schedules. My insurance company, however, was not. My insurance company fought, delayed, was unresponsive, or conveniently forgot about the needs of our job at every turn. I didn't know who to turn to, to have my home remodeled after suffering a pipe burst in my attic. My insurance company said they knew of some companies to do the work, but they said they would get back to me. They were not forthcoming. So I asked around and was told to check out NEXT LEVEL REMODELING. I can't say how happy I am with my choice. Their work process was above what I expected. My kitchen was the first room to be worked (dry removal and replacement) of course after the drywall was replaced, painting followed. The painting was as if they thought it was their own home (TRUE professionalism and the quality of work beyond what I expected) The whole kitchen was completely painted. The next job to be performed was removing the Laminate floor and remove the baseboards. The crew that replaced the new Laminate and new baseboards did a superb job. Super job by the project manger David, Shawn and whole team at Next Level. My wife and I were recommend by the plumber and their team who came after we had a bathroom leak. We had one company come before who quoted us for the bathroom only to the insurance company. David and next level came out and were professional and knowledgeable. They deal with insurance for you too. Not only did they get us a whole new bathroom after the insurance company only waned to pay for drywall, they got us all the flooring and an entire new kitchen. They did a beautiful job and gave us a lot of options and they were punctual and transparent on timing. I had water damage to my townhome and it was a mess dealing with my insurance agent. From the start I was getting the run around and the process was tiring. I hired a company to help me with the restoration and they were very good. They sent me Next level and the person I worked with was Etai and he was very professional . Next Level renovated our Commercial Building and it was a big project due to existing roof and water damage and interior mold from the rains. This was an extensive project with many different contractors (Electrical/Roofers/Mold removal etc) involved and Next Level did great work while professionally communicating with the other teams who were doing major work. They also were in constant communication with me on any challenges within the project, completing it in the early window of our planned schedule. We had the difficult request of renovation while also allowing the existing business to continue operations and they did great, adding some really cool touches at the end.
