They demoed our tiles and concrete, re-sloped the patio away from the house and poured new concrete. They laid new pipe and created a new drainage system. The team removed the old kitchen drywall, installed new insulation, and painted the wall perfectly to match the standing walls. Max's prices are very fair. His estimation was on target and there were no hidden charges. He promptly answered all my questions (no question was too small) in a timely way. We hired ASAP to renovate our powder room and primary bathroom and we are absolutely thrilled with the work they did! Two years ago we wanted to completely gut 2 baths and replace a cracked floor in another. I was lucky enough to find ASAP New Renovations. Max came out to the house and told us that we could do everything that we wanted and he even suggested that there was enough room to add a 1/2 bath. That would enable us to have an en suite bathroom in every bedroom and a 1/2 bath for guests. We asked him to give us an estimate. His fees are neither the lowest nor the highest, but his attention to detail is fantastic. Max told us it would take 6 weeks and the work was finished in less time than that. The crew that worked on the project worked from 7:00am until 4:00pm five days per week and then cleaned up before they left. They were meticulous, really nice guys who did everything we could have wanted. Max was at the house every single day and he was always available by phone except Saturdays. One day he showed me two kinds of copper pipes and explained the differences, one being thicker than the other and in our case preferable. If I wanted to upgrade to the thicker pipe it would be a few hundred dollars more however if we decide to go with the thinner pipe he would be good with that, he just wanted us to be aware of the difference (knowledge is power). He said a lot of contractors would just go with the cheaper material and not mention it to the client but that his father always told him if he went the extra mile he would sleep much better at night and be proud of his work. His wife manages the office and is as sweet and helpful as can be. We have had construction done on our house in the past but have never had a contractor that does such beautiful work or who we trust like Max. There is no question that we will have him work for us again and in fact, we have referred him to several friends and family. Everyone is thrilled with ASAP New Renovations. There are contractors who just do a job and then there are contractors who are craftsmen and artists. Max is definitely a contractor who is a craftsman and an artist.
