This crew removed a huge mesquite tree from a neighbor's yard. They did a lot of work very professionally and safely. Sawing branches. Shredding. Stumping. Hauling away. It was a big job but they took care not to disrupt the neighborhood- and did a great job cleaning up all the debris / litter involved in large tree removal. Waited around all morning and they cancel because they don't service outside the 303. It doesn't say that anywhere on their business site and we are literally on the 303 off ramp. We reached out after finding them on Yelp. I was really impressed because they responded, a lot of businesses don't. Tony came out about our Sisson trees roots. The estimate was very comparable, he was very knowledgeable. We easily scheduled an apportionment. They came out to take the trees down, and I think there were 6 guys. They were very efficient and quick. They took care of everything and left the place spotless. A few weeks later Tony came out to see if there were any issues, to check to see if there was any regrowth. (the roots needed to be poisoned so that we wouldn't have issues with the roots.) They did 2 palm tree trimming and skinning. I had to have them back out because I didn't think they did a great job at first and it was a little messy when they left. My sprinkler panel has been broken for some time and initially I thought I needed to replace my whole panel and wiring. This is the second time we have used Twilight Tree and Landscape. First time was a 40'+ pine tree that was very close to the house. They did an amazing job and left the big wood just like we asked. This time it was our 40'+ tall by 40'+ wide old ash tree that was loosing large limbs in the wind storms. Chris came by and gave me an estimate and we scheduled the cut down. Chris and 2 others arrived at 7 am on the scheduled morning and got to work accessing how they would get it down. They all 3 worked nonstop until 12:30. They were constantly cleaning up around the tree and making sure nothing was damaged in the process. They were very professional, safety conscious and seemed to care about what they were doing. The clean up was amazing and they left the wood stacked for us as we requested. Twilight will be the first we call next time we need tree service. Highly recommend!! read more

My rental home in Peoria required tree and shrubs trimming in the front and back of the house on a small lot. I was originally quoted $400.00 then the quote grew to over $700.00 or a 57% increase for a higher quality job. Upon completion and payment it was found the the work was substandard yet, Twilight (Tony) will not stand by his work because the house is kind of outside his service area. Now we will be forced to pay another landscaping company to complete his work. I would never use this company again and further would caution anyone who is considering. read more

This summer during Monsoon season, there was a dying branch very close to a power line and we wanted to remove it before a storm did. It was a Saturday morning when I contacted a number of services for an estimate. I didn't expect anyone to call me back until Monday and yet the same day, Tony called me back AND made arrangements to stop by for a better look at the tree limb. He provided a quote and estimated his team could be there no later than Thursday to remove the branch. It would take a few weeks to get started, but came in an emergency trip In a few days to trim a dangerous limb off a Palo Verde. They came 1 day early of the schedule which was nice, and completed the first trim. They cleaned everything before they left and the job was completed as we had discussed. Tony is a real tree expert and knows a lot more than just hacking a tree to nothing. It's been years since my sprinkler system worked. I dragged my feet for a long time, then last Friday I got an itch to just GET IT DONE...and before the spring. Tony, the owner, showed up to solve my 'problem. Turns out the water was turned off. Don't know how that happened but Tony walked the property inspecting the system lines and pointed out several little things and what I could do to correct them. He did that without charging me for a service call. They were quick to respond and show up to address my problem within a day of my contacting them. PLEASE READ! Be Careful of this company. 10/7/22 called Twilight Tree & asked for an estimate to remove the tree from my yard/wall structure as advised by my insurance company. I was told to text pictures of the tree/damage. I was given the estimate & told by the office that I can pay the deductible $1000 & the crew could start the work. The estimate was $5900. I reviewed the estimate with my insurance agent & they said while the price is higher than they typically see in my market to go ahead & get them out to do the work. I have in writing from the office that Twilight would be willing to work with me since I didn't have $5900 on hand to pay and needed insurance funds. They said I could pay them the $1000 deductible as a down payment & the remaining $4900 would be due to them within 30 days "After the work is completed". Work scheduled to start on 10/10. The crew arrived & removed the tree from the property. They cut up some of the tree & left a stack in our backyard as requested. Tony came afterwards, asking for $1000. I gave him the check on the spot. He measured for a temporary wall. 3 large pieces of plywood later the temporary wall was up. I asked if the crew would be back tomorrow to finish the job & was told no, they had to rent a machine to do the job. They told me they would be back 10/17. On 10/17 at 11:47 AM I was notified they would not be able to make it out. On 10/19, the crew came back. I was in the office that day. I asked Twilight how they would prefer payment, offering to put a check under my mat. I was told that they would send a person to pick up a check. Once I got home, I inquired about some of the roots sticking out & if someone could come out to tell me if that is what was expected. Then the nightmare begins! Tony called me near 7 pm the same day the job finished demanding payment. I have the voice message if you care to listen to it. In the message he said he needed to pay his employees & pay for the rented machinery. I was working a 2nd job & unable to take his call. At 11 pm I listened to his message & was alarmed that he was demanding payment. Especially since the office put in writing that payment would be due within 30 days of work being completed. I left Tony a text message at 11 pm when I got off work & asked him to come by the property, review the concerns I had, & I would give him a check for the remainder. I received 7 long text messages at 6:48 AM the next morning demanding payment (I have all of these saved as well, if you would like the transcripts) telling me that they were going to call my insurance company & let them know that I wasn't paying them. Tony said he wouldn't be able to come by to pick up the check but still demanded payment. At that point I asked Tony to cease contacting me, he was very intimidating, rude & didn't care at all for the welfare of my family nor the quality or lack thereof of the work that was completed. He mentioned that this was a hassle, & he would knock $300 off our bill versus coming out & addressing our concerns. I never asked for a discount, I only asked that he come out & look at the work that was done, explain the work to me & pick up his check. He said he couldn't come out & his crew doesn't work past 2 pm on Fridays (website, says they are open 24 hrs). I called Insurance to discuss the matters with them. They offered to contact Tony directly. No surprise, Tony never contacted my insurance back. I was contacted by Twilight saying if I pay them immediately, they will send someone out next week to fix the issues. Against the advice of insurance & because I was so sick of dealing with them, I decided to cut my losses & make the payment to avoid any further headache. I did get a text message after all the drama endured apologizing that "this was so frustrating for you". Twilight sent someone out today w/o telling me the time nor who would be out. I saw him pull up & I went outside to greet him. He didn't look at me nor ask me any of my concerns. He just took out his saw & started cutting the roots away that were exposed and left. read more

I have used them and they cut the grass, trimmed the hedges, switched out sprinklers, fertilized our grass and treated the weeds with a non toxic treatment, which was important to me as I did not want to harm my animals or the birds or bees. I was extremely pleased with the work he did, his knowledge, cleanliness when he was done, timeliness and professionalism. He also gave me options to save me money. He advised me that I had a couple of invasive trees that would cause me problems, (one already is) down the road. I subsequently had him remove one of the trees and he is planting 2 new ones for me.
