Ms. Candice was beyond professional and patient throughout the signing in and checking out process even though she had multiple patients waiting. 2. Our son was in love with the triage nurse. She was knowledgeable and patient as well. She worked really well with our busy body and obtained his vitals without him shedding a tear or appearing afraid. 3. Then there was Ms. Gloria:) I had complaints from N/V to a skin rash. She worked diligently and performed a thorough assessment prior to coming to a diagnosis and treatment. She explained treatment in great detail to my husband and myself and was patient when we asked questions. I felt a sense of relief and overwhelmed with appreciation. No one gave me a "full evaluation, talked to me about my personal weight loss goals, nor was I assessed on my overall health before starting the program." As the website says. I didn't receive nor was a advised on any diet plans, as the website also says. No one asked what my profession/job field was, so no one mentioned that phentermine could cause a false positive on a drug test. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!
