I have found that the caretakers through Adam's are very respectful of the client and they family. They provide the level of communication you desire - if you want to get updates daily or every few hours, they will accomodate. We also had a direct contact who would share when a new caretaker was joining the team or if there was someone who had a conflict and someone new was filling in. I didn't have to worry that my father had safe coverage and that he was receiving a high quality of care. They also worked well with my father's memory care facility and with the hospice nurses. There are a lot of moving parts sometimes that can make communication and coordination complex, but Adams is very proactive and accomodating.

The women who came here on a regular basis were the most caring and lovely and good-natured people I could have ever hoped for. One even offered a creative "workaround" that the OT had never heard of! They were super attentive and took care of all my needs, before I even asked. I called Advanced Care, they were immediately responsive and have continued to be. Because of my Mother in law's unique condition I was promised she would be placed with an aide that was both understanding and knowledgeable and she definitely is. Her laundry is being done and grocery shopping is no longer something I have to try and fit in my busy schedule. Bathing was a big issue and struggle and I am thrilled that she is agreeing to it and she looks and feels great because of the care she has been receiving . A nurse comes to visit her once a month which i think is an added bonus and really gives us a peace of mind. I highly recommend this company.
