Andrea was awesome. Totally professional. The car was disappointing (Kia Forte, not their fault). Ask for the car with the lowest mileage.

Fast and friendly. I would recommend mid- morning to early afternoon. Much less busy.

(I spend about $18,000 a year in renting trucks, so I'm an expert at this stuff. "This is the…read morenice/watered down version". It would actually take a small book for me to explain the many nuances of issues I had to face and attitudes I overcame with the many different people I interacted with in this organization) - I rented a 16' box truck and drove 1 hour to client which had a load for me to haul. The client asked me to move truck closer to building, when I tried to start truck, it was completely dead. The alternator was bad, not the battery.(I am a certified mechanic) When I called for replacement vehicle, the location I rented it from made me call the 800 service number. I was on hold for 22 minutes. When he answered, he told me I could not get a truck swapped out, I must have service come see the truck. When asked how long that would be, it was 2 to 4 hours. I said that wouldn't work. He hung up on me. I called the local regional office near where I was broke down and demanded they swap trucks. The local agent close to my breakdown said no problem to swap out, but was trying to charge me their standard rates. So I called my regional sales agent who had gotten me special contract pricing due to the amount of rentals I use every year. I had to fight with both regional offices to work that out. The problem came when both the local agent and local manager promised me someone was already dispatched and on there way, and I had to call back 4 times during a 6 hour period before they finally arrived. For reference, I was exactly 2.8 miles from their office! When the truck finally arrived, they didn't have me sign any paperwork or anything. Thy guy jumped out of truck, jumped into a waiting van and split! Didn't check my driver's license to make sure it was me, or anything. This 16' box truck was newer and the trip went fine. Due to my original issues, I wanted to make sure I would not be charged any additional money since I had to wait over 8 hours for the new truck. (they actually cost me around $650 because of this issue, but I was more worried about the long term relationship with my client). The regional office that wrote my original contract had to fight with that other regional office, and after around 4 to 6 hours, they called me and told me they had finally worked it out. I was just to drive it back to my original place of rental and they would work everything else out on their end. I would not be charged for the truck. Today, which has been 24 hours since returning the truck, I get an inspection form showing around 15 to 16 points of supposed damage on the truck they swapped me out with and now I am fighting potential claims, as well as these being added to my record on their database. Which not one scratch was put on vehicle by me. I have a perfect driving record with Enterprise and Budget truck rentals over the past 12 years. The original contracting agent and I know, what they did was not put any previous markings down, and now they're trying to potentially hold me accountable for all previous damage on this vehicle. The only person in this whole scenario who was trying to help me was the original contracting agent. Everyone else had 'zero" care about taking care of me as a customer. As a small business owner and a business coach, there are just way too many red flags here and if you rent from these guys, make sure you check every single thing there is. From the document, to the truck to the entire nuance of your trip. I rent trucks from multiple other sources and I have never experienced such a degraded level of customer service in this industry. Even Uhaul which some claim to be the worse, has given me better service than this.

Came in the morning to pick up the truck, was in and out in 20 mins! Super easy, since most of the application, documentation is done online. Lovely gentlemen helped us get the truck with good functioning door, explained the rules, details! Very pleasant. These trucks are much better than other trucks, since I was doing the move myself, the trucks have all the features I needed, backup camera even. Loved it. Returned the truck the same day at fhe location and dropped the key in the drop-off box, next day I got email with final price (based on miles) and the deposit was returned on my card ($150 temp hold). Great truck, service and good people at this location.

On top of that, they are charging customers for an extra rental day even when the return is only 15 minutes late, despite U‑Haul's official 30‑minute grace period. This isn't a misunderstanding; it's a pattern. This behavior is unprofessional, unsafe, and unfair. U‑Haul corporate needs to take a serious look at what's happening here

Read the reviews for yourself...I was so called "hired" and asked to come in for 2 days to get a "feel" of the job..So no I was not hired but I was asked to come in and do work anyway. I did not get a decision until I texted the manager 2 days later asking her for clarification. I was expected to drop everything going on in my life for this job to come in and clean trucks. WITHOUT BEING FORMALLY HIRED by the way? I notified that I had a doctors appointment and that was her last straw for me to reject my application, after 2 days of working. Even tho she said she would work with me on my schedule. Just horrible, don't bother and don't waste your time to be put on "trial" for this simple job, and get an update 2 or 4 some days later.I have never heard of a company putting a potential employee on "trial" it's the most ridiculous thing, and I've had a wide variety of jobs. To top it off most of her employees don't even like her as I quickly found out. Don't waste your time, really don't.

I'm done with Frederick Subaru. I bought my 2016 Outback new from them, and it's been serviced…read moreexclusively there. They've had too many chances to earn my trust, and they spent just shy of 10 years quietly eroding it. My biggest regret is that it took me this long to realize it. On multiple service visits, questions were asked and badly answered, or just left unanswered. At 55K miles, they reported both front wheel bearings needed replacing with no clear explanation why they would fail that early, but I let them do it. Eighteen months later, they flagged the right-front bearing as needing replacing again. When I pointed out they replaced it before, they checked their records, then reported the mechanic found a loose mounting bolt, an easy fix. I had to point out from memory what was in their own records. After a later visit, I found a stray 15mm bolt bouncing around on top of the belly pan causing metallic sounds on bumps. At best, negligence; at worst, there's a crucial missing bolt somewhere that I couldn't find. In ANY case, all I could do was try not to worry. At today's 90K-mile service, they recommended replacing the front brake rotors (@$350) along with the pads. The pads needed changing, but they told me the rotors had no scoring, no warping, and were otherwise confirmed to be in working condition. When I asked why they wanted to replace them, they said, "That's our policy when we change brake pads." The service manager repeated the same thing, adding, "You have to change the rotors when you change the pads", and got defensive when I pressed further. They had no reason, only a revenue policy. Any one of these might be an isolated mistake. Together, they describe a business where quality control and straight answers fall woefully short. I talked to them more than once about my experiences and received "understanding" and assurances that were never realized. In my opinion, Frederick Subaru (Frederick Motors) should not be given your business. They're certainly not getting mine anymore, and I'm embarrassed it took me this long to decide.
