I was taken to a very cold room. I again explained why I was at the hospital. Four times before seeing a doctor. I was told to strip down and put on a gown, I explained that I cannot do this by myself, they stripped down in this extremely cold room put on a heart monitor (which was not even near the reason for being here). The female Dr. with a strong accent came in and first thing she said very rudely "What is your emergency." I explained for the fifth time. She said "there is nothing I can do." I said "why"? She again rudely said "We only handle life threatening issues." I asked her to explain, she could not even describe what she considered a life threatening issue. She only repeated same tone thre times. I asked "do I need to be litrally dying". Then started to judge me and insulted my intelligence. Then it was on!!! We had blows!!!! I'm not proud of my behavior and the exhaustion of the drive got the best of me. I needed compassion and clarification, not rudness obscurity. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 3 STARS IS THE HOSPITAL STAFF SHOWED COMPASSION. I should have been told at registration or at triage this hospital is only for seriously death or life. I would have gone to a different hospital.

I could not have had a more dramatically different experience than what I saw in the reviews - it's safe to say that the management has heard your concerns! We came in at 9:30pm to a very full labor and delivery floor - cancelled the inductions for the day & a woman had been waiting for a delivery room for 7 hours longer than me... Things were not looking too promising. The nurse in triage, Kristy (I hope I'm spelling that right) moved MOUNTAINS for us. She continuously let us know what was going on on the floor and how my labor was progressing. When there was no delivery room available and the nurses were literally spread to their max, she found a way for us to get to a room to help alleviate my pain and welcome my son into the world. I have never felt more looked after than I did with her. Following that, the postpartum ward was delightful! The team that works in there is extremely respectful and caring. Food wise, pretty good! Not the typical icky hospital food that you hear about! If you get the chocolate chip cookie, put it next to a piece of bread for a little bit and it isn't as dry & oh so much more yummy! I hope & pray that everyone gets to have my experience! Even the OB who was on call... I don't know if I would have remotely the same delivery experience if it wasn't for him & his gentle encouragement throughout - you are the best Dr. Canestraro!

My grandmother recently passed and I have been working 60 hours a week in my healthcare job, and I had gone to acupuncture that day to help with my overall wellness. The manner in which "Haider" handled the interaction made my experience at Sonoran University very unpleasant. I even considered not returning for further acupuncture despite having been a loyal and frequent customer for the last several years. I feel that additional training in terms of customer service should be given to this receptionist; his service was not up to the high standards that I've experienced from other personnel at your establishment.

If you can't face challenges and need all your cases to be easy and straightforward, you're going to fail in the real world. it is not ok to suddenly terminate someone without warning. this is harmful behavior and not client-centered. It's very obvious that they will not consider that folks have other challenges, and any kind of chronic illness is supposed to just disappear. They don't understand that my spouse and I have signed paperwork for each of us to know about the other's medical records and refuse to allow me to send information through the app to my spouse's doctor. Getting a specialist referral close to where I live is next to impossible. They give me referral to doctors 25 miles away. Unless you HAVE TO GOT HERE, AVOID THIS PLACE.

We stared off in the ER on Tuesday around 1pm and my wife got taken back within 30 minutes which is…read morelightning quick for an emergency room, we were able to get her an ultrasound and find out that she needed emergency surgery almost surely in about an hour but thats where the process slowed to a crawl, she then needed a special test that required 4 hours without water which as she was given medication in the er reset the clock, all in all it was 3am before we were told she was being admitted and needed emergency Surgery. From there it was nearly 12 hours, 2pm Wednesday before she got surgery and after that finally she got admitted to a room. The surgeon was amazing and they removed the gallbladder and she was discharged 1:30pm Thursday making the process all in aprox 48 hours. Besides the long time waiting around which is just how it goes in the hospital my only real gripe is they sent her home with zero pain meds less than 24 hours after major surgery full of fresh incisions which I think is crazy but fingers crossed she doesn't experience breakthrough pain that sends us back there.

I was experiencing involuntary movements that I had never experienced before and was terrified I also experienced spasms that made it almost impossible for me to speak or answer questions at some points. When i got there ripped off my shirt and bra without my consent after they asked me and i couldnt responsd as they clearly noticed. They asked me to shake my head and i was trying to shake my head no but they ripped it off anyway, with multiple people watching including a male. One of the nurses dug her first into the middle of my chest and did not explain the purpose after i showed cleared pain and discomfort as a result; this left me bruised after my discharge. If you need to do that, fine i guess? but explain to someone why you think you need to do that. I heard degrading comments from the nurses to the patient next to me which shows their humanity immediately. Later, when I first needed to use the restroom I expressed i was unable to walk earlier when i was getting taken to the hospital so I was unsure how it would go now. The nurse was passive aggressive and asked how I get around at home to which my friend answered that I was carried there. He restated that he meant how I get around at home in general and she stated I can walk but clearly wouldn't be here If i wasn't having issues.. so not sure what his point was. ALL of the nurses were rude and condescending and even the DOCTOR. I can confirm this even further, over a month later after reviewing my disgusting chart notes left mostly by the doctor and some by nurses that I can break down here 1 -" PT called 911 for heart palpitations, EMS arrived and PT refused to answer questions". - I REFUSED to answer questions? I barely could speak on the phone to 911 at first and couldnt even hold my phone when EMS got there the spasms were so bad and I was becoming weaker and weaker. I wasnt REFUSING, i simply couldnt. 2- "Patient in moderate distress due to anxiety" - due to anxiety? crazy. it was later determined this was medication induced movements effects (these persisted to days btw, so definitely not anxiety!) but this hospital kept saying "due to anxiety" and even stated on my discharge paperwork. yeah ok. i know what my anxiety feels like 3 - "Patient has been seen speaking on the phone completely normally." Not ONCE did i speak on the phone until right before my discharge and I felt better. my friend that came with me had to call AND speak to my parents because i was physically unable 4-"PT had displayed purposeful shaking and stuttering." Absolutely DISGUSTING to state any of this was purposeful . I was in so much pain and confused and scared.. lack of compassion by this hospital shown yet again!! as stated above , my "purposeful shaking" continued for days after until meds were discont 5- "*When I went to administer Ativan- PT was initially okay with it and then stated "I am going to pass out" - oh, my bad!! let me just not communicate to the HOSPITAL staff that i feel like im going to faint? there are so many more things but theres a word count here. I have left a couple times because of unbearable pain. Front desk agents are rude and seem uncaring. When I come in for an infusion the room is never more than 1/2 full but wait time to even be acknowledged is way too long. Dr Batra doesn't seem to care about my extenuating circumstances. I have mantle cell lymphoma which is all the stress I can bear without what I have just described added to it. Mantle cell is an incurable and aggressive cancer so time precious.

Costco charged $109. Passport charged $68 for Malarone Malaria pills. Costco charged $10. These are the Costco prices if your insurance doesn't cover it. You may ask well does Costco know what shots I need? Passport health doesn't have a clue... we watched in horror as they had to Google it and look them up on the CDC to see what we needed. They are zero value add and a scam. Skip them and save a ton of money.
