This year I gave up buying plastic bottles,plastic straws,plastic bags and a number of other wasteful and frivolous luxuries that are not necessary and take more energy to produce than warranted. Switched to reusables and started getting a better product for my drinking supply. Hundreds of water bottles are used in a year by the average person.This water bottle plastic goes to land fills each year,not nearly as you would think are getting recycled.Although recycling can help to some degree it is very nuanced with plastic on how effective that can be in reality.Yes,recycle when you can but using reusables is ultimately better. I feel really good about picking up bottles for my home as well as my business knowing all the bottles of water in BPA plastic wont be making it into the hands of friends and family as well as knowledge that we are drinking a better product. Most standard bottled waters are more acidic than you would think and loaded with bpa's.Most bottle water will straight up turn a litmus strip yellow or green when you should be looking for a blue result so what you are putting into your body is neutral. Texas Alkaline offers 9.5ph and a high alkaline a 10ph.Usually We buy the 9.5 for home use and get a high alkaline for office and business use. There is much that has been said of the overall benefits of drinking alkaline water and although it is great for most (I encourage you to research). What we know for certain is that the water is rich in alkalizing compounds, including calcium, silica, potassium, magnesium, and bicarbonate that can be beneficial for many and there is a lot of information available if you do a little digging. Ultimately,I think it taste better and works well for us but I would highly recommend this place they are friendly and kind and always very helpful. I believe they have delivery options as well but we like to come here and fill our own bottles since everyone is so friendly and we like to get snacks from Munch on in the same shopping center. We discovered Munch on after leaving here one day and I would recommend them too if you are a health cautious individual.

Speaking of helping their clients the young man on duty also dutifully offered my son a cargo carrier for a few of our bottles and helped us carry out the rest and place in the car.They do accept tips for this so if they go above and beyond for you do treat them right in return.Wonderful attitudes all around and will definitely be back again a 4th time. They have 5 gallon plastic carboys available if your are new to stocking water or if you just need to replace busted one of our 6 bottles that was showing it's age like we did.

My family and i can no longer afford Viva H20 water so we are now buying our water at Southtown Alkaline water on 811 South Flores and paying $7.00 . $7.00 is still expensive but this amount i have gotten used to. . Viva H20 should of raised the prices from $7.00 to $7.50 than to $8.00 so the consumer wont feel the expense but at $10.00 from one year to the next ? I am feeling it! Why such a big bump up in price? Did water come alive and go on strike ? Look i would like to buy water at an affordable price and not help pay your rent ! Your gonna lose alot of customers because of this !

The customer service is…read moreexcellent, their rates are very competitive (comparing rural water districts), and they are easy to deal with. They have periodically shared their commitments for future water and they have an excellent series of new water sources coming on board. Their technology could use a refresh and they appear to be doing that with a new website, new account features, new alert systems, and more customer visibility into their accounts. The recent Texas winter storm was a catastrophic event for all utilities, including Green Valley. To keep customers informed, I recently saw a presentation they gave on their handling of the storm, and they sent out over 400,000 messages and emails to customers. I had a neighbor that had a frozen pipe between the Green Valley meter and her house, and the Green Valley folks helped her get it cleared, even though it was not Green Valley's responsibility. They even had some PVC pipe on their truck to help fix it. All when the temperature was below freezing. They are good and getting better in my book.
