However, the new unit was installed several inches forward from where the old one was placed, and it now blocks my ability to work on my workbench. I contacted the company, explained the situation, and asked if they could simply come back to correct their mistake. I even sent a photo showing exactly why it needed to be moved. I had always dealt with "Joshua", who is the manager and he was easy to talk to and seemed to get things done. I received the follow up call from "Joe", who Instead of taking responsibility, told me it would take three weeks for someone to come out and I would be charged $199 an hour for them to fix their own error. Rather than acknowledging an obvious oversight, they chose to shift blame and offer excuses. I requested a supervisor call me, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. Good companies stand behind their work; this one clearly does not. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to make things right is a stark contrast to the customer service I received before payment.
