I needed to get my son's iPad screen replaced after it cracked, and I was referred to Mobile Flash Repair in Eastlake by Elite Computers in Bonita. When I first called, there was no answer, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back just a few minutes later - without me even leaving a voicemail. I thought that was excellent customer service. Alex, who returned my call, was polite, professional, and upfront with pricing at $139. When I mentioned I was still shopping around, he immediately offered me a $20 discount with a coupon they had available. I decided to move forward with them, and the drop-off process was quick and easy. Alex explained the timeline clearly and even asked if I wanted to add a tempered glass protector. The next day, I was able to cancel the protector I had ordered online and called them back. Although they didn't answer right away, Luis returned my call within 20 minutes and was just as professional. He even offered me a further discount on the screen protector. I haven't picked up the iPad yet, but so far, the customer service has been outstanding - quick responses, polite communication, and a willingness to work with me on pricing. i dropped off a surface pro laptop with troubles holding a charge after 2 recommendations and a through review and phone call to Mobile Flash Repairs. In the beginning they let me know it would be a hard fix due to the laptops flat nature. i agreed and asked them to go forward with the repairs after they told me they would replace parts if they were to break. a month later i decided i was done waiting for a laptop they said would take a week, which would have been just in time for my college finals, they only reached out to me once in the month and i called and visited in person twice to check on progress. they returned the laptop to me unglued, screen cracked, and battery not even replaced. the laptop is in a worse condition than when i dropped it off. im leaving a one star due to lack of communication and for returning a working product destroyed. i will not be coming back to even get the screen fixed which they damage. read more

Wow! I received EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service that was BEYOND my expectations! Aldo went above and beyond to make sure that my iMac computer update was done properly. I did a lot of research and purchased a SSD card and memory card to upgrade my computer, but decided last minute not to do it myself. I called mobile flash repair of Eastlake and they said they would be able to do it for me and have it back to me in about two days. As it turns out, I purchased the wrong SSD card for my computer despite all my research. Instead of having me order the right one and bring it to his shop, Aldo offered to go to Best Buy and purchase the right SSD card for my computer the same day AND he finished the job in one day vice two days!! Additionally the SSD card I actually needed cost $30 LESS than the one I bought AND it was 1TB vice 500Gig! So Aldo saved me time (getting the card from Best Buy and completing the upgrade in one day!) and money ($30 I saved returning the wrong SSD card to Amazon!) AND my computer is running fast now with 1GIG drive! So grateful for Aldo's EXCELLENT service- I HIGHLY recommend this company and I will be taking in my other two computers for upgrade soon! Very happy with the service we received from Mobil Flash Repair. My daughter's iPhone 6 stopped working suddenly. We have insurance on our phone through AT&T. Went to the Apple Store for the repair. They stated they could not help us as my daughters phone had previously been repaired by a Mobile Flash Repair, (several months earlier), which is considered a third party business. Went back to the kiosk which is located at the Otay Ranch Mall. Issac was working at the time and was able to start the process of the repair. The repair was a little more intensive, so Isaac sent the phone to their storefront, which is located in Chula Vista. I spoke with both Alex and Lucas. Not only were they able to fix the phone, but they kept me in the loop throughout the process, which did take a little over one day. Overall we have been very happy with the customer service. After my husband dropped his iPhone into the ocean and was unable to salvage it on his own (which involved experimenting with silica gel and rice), he took it to Mobile Flash Repairs Store.
