I had high expectations and she exceeded them all by looking out for us as if it were her own personal home she was selling. I called her on 27 May 2022 and set up a listing appointment. She arrived early to our next day appointment with a customized, hard-bound market analysis of my subdivision and nearby comps. Her suggested list price was right at what I expected. She had a photographer out on the 31st of May, listed on 2 June, open house on 4 June and we accepted a full price offer on 7 June. From contact to contract took 12 days.
