Miserable company to work with - just misery, a joke really. Kencade would give us a schedule and then disappear for weeks at a time not showing up - we have no bathroom garage is a mess. Subsequent calls and the project manager would just apologize all over again and disappear - again - no one shows up. At one point they sent a guy out to mud and sand the garage and he coated everything in the garage in white dust a quarter to a half inch think - then after weeks went by and several phone calls of no one showing up, they sent a pregnant girl who dressed up in a garbage bag to clean it up (arms holes for sleeves. I am not making this up! This was a complete S#$t Show, took months and month and months on what was proposed to be a few weeks. Then when they still hadnt even come close to finishing, out of the blue the owner calls me up asking for money? not the project manager - the owner? i kept saying -....sorry...who is this? the owner? wow.....NEVER EVER KENCADE.

I called Risa and KenCade and she was here within a couple days to see the absolute mess I had been living in. From day one Risa was helpful, empathetic, and mindful of the fact that I was living amongst the construction. KenCade finally was able to restore my home to the most beautiful it has ever been. Risa coordinated everything smoothly and took my time into consideration with each decision. When cabinets were weeks out, she did the work to find a quicker vendor. When her flooring guy didn't have availability, she helped me coordinate an outside contractor for that, too, to try to get things done as quickly as possible. I felt the entire time like I was in good hands with her. The one time something wonky was done by a contractor it was quickly corrected without hesitation or question. The workers that came to my home were always courteous, respectful, helpful, and even thoughtful to the point of hooking up appliances so that I could use them before things were completed.
