I went to get a cashiers check yesterday afternoon. Rarely do I need one, I asked the teller (a male Caucasian) to add information on the memo area, and he would not comply, only allowing me to put my apartment #. Very snotty attitude as if I was ignorant for asking such detail. The transaction world as it is today is scary enough with all the scams, I wanted what I wanted and his power of authority was rude and not his best service.

I need to submit some paperwork for my auto loan so I have to wait for the specialists and I have been waiting over 45 minutes. Seems kind of an excessive wait. Once I was called back, I asked if the tellers knew how to do what they did in the offices and she said yes but that they wanted to keep the cash transactions fluid. I get it, but there was a lull in the line and they could have stepped in. The guy waiting ahead of me had a 1 year old and they could only entertain that child for so long. Once an employee in the room was finished, she came to greet us and checked us what the purpose of our visit was. We let her know and she said she could get us scheduled in for a little later as they had some staff members show up. We got some lunch nearby and stopped by again and we were helped by another employee. Connor was very personable and ensured that all questions or concerns were addressed as we brought them up. Additionally, I didn't know how to use their coffee machine and he kindly made me a cup of hot chocolate as the hot chocolate packet was out too. Connor then gets right to work as he helped my boyfriend make his account and made sure to give any cautions or tips for his account. Once my boyfriend had no question, I had a question as I fell for a scam years ago and WSECU placed restrictions on my account and I was told that I just had to make sure I had no issues on my account for some time. I decided to ask if I was okay to have those restrictions lifted off as I haven't any issues with my accounts. Connor immediately started a phone call and was kind with the employee on the phone who lifted off the restrictions. I'm so glad to have WSECU as my main bank and my boyfriend seems content with banking them so far as well.
