They sold me on taking it to Maaco for a paint job. Once the sale was done they told me Maaco doesn't have the facilities for a box truck and to take it to the shop down the street from them. Dropped off the truck and when got it back 1 week later the ENTIRE interior dashboard and seats are covered in white overspray. I went practically crazy when they said it was done and I was there to pick it up in this condition. They kept the truck for another week and a half and when they called me to pick it up, they used an ABRASIVE Cleaner on the whole interior and plastic dash and the interior is frigging destroyed. The door jambs remain yellow and they spray painted the rubber door trim gloss black. Completely unprofessional. Tri County Truck is the ones that commissioned and paid this "paint shop" to do the job, but they will not help whatsoever in the matter. Don't listen to these guys and don't buy trucks at Tri County Truck

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with the purchase of an Isuzu truck from your dealership. It is very important to me to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed promptly and effectively. On July 28, I finalized the purchase of an Isuzu truck 2023 from your dealership ( Salesperson David Rivera and Finance Salesperson Edwin Munoz). However, I encountered several significant issues that have left me dissatisfied with the entire process. Firstly, One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of correct information provided at the closing date. I was informed that after 6 months ( per Edwin), I would be able to pay off the truck loan without a penalty. However, to my surprise, the bank stated that the penalty was across my contract term, and it decreased based on the payment period. I thought that the bank was providing the wrong information based on my conversation with Edwin and David; however, after contacting David Fritzfall ( Bank representative provided by David Rivera), he informed me that the information provided was incorrect as I signed the contract after July 1st in which took placed ( See email above / below ). This discrepancy caused unnecessary costs to my purchase, making me lose around $7,000. clearly accurate communication was crucial in such transactions, and I was very disappointed to see this aspect fall short. Additionally, the truck on the next date was illustrating errors (EXH. SYSTEM and several other icons. See images below ) on the dashboard on the truck in which I communicated to David Rivera to find some type of guidance. He suggested, after several phone calls and text messages, to bring the truck to the closer dealer in my area, which I did! The truck took about 8 days to get back in which, based on the dealership, several things were executed :

We own a trucking company in Ohio and asked very specific questions that their employees led us to believe we were getting a truck that met our needs. When it arrived in Ohio from the transport company the truck did not have the specifications that they told us. After calling several times and emailing many, many times they refused to talk to us. Literally would not answer when we called and the sales staff told us not to call back! We filed a complaint with the BBB and the company did not respond to them either. We are reasonable people and just wanted to work out a solution but they are unprofessional and the level of customer service was so low and non existent after the truck purchase was done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are rude and uneducated on the vehicles they are selling.
