I checked on line and made an appointment for Friday, August 21st- the only available option was to do a 'Drop and Go'. All communications said bring your car in by 9:30AM. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am. Initially, I asked how long it would take, the woman working the desk said '3 hours'. The man says 'don't give her a time'. I leave my vehicle with the understanding that the car would be available before 5pm when the shop closes. I was told I'd get a message when it's ready. I called the listed number for the West Palm Beach location and speak to 3 different automated voice prompts before reaching the main customer service at the national level who says let me try and call the store. This was at 4:00pm, Naomi, the representative says they may or may not be done by 5pm. I take a ride-share over and my car at 4:54 is parked exactly where it was at 8:30 this morning. The woman at the front desk is repeating everything I say, with no additional detail. It's 5:12pm and my car has just been taken into the back for service. Expected work time: 2 hours. I can't stress this enough, please choose a different retailer, location or overall option. No apology or explanation for the inconvenience. 1 star is too generous.

After having a not so great experience with a larger company on my previous car, I was very hesitant to have this done. My contact at the dealership (Coconut Creek Auto) highly recommended Paul at AAAG and after speaking with him on the phone about the process (and informing him of my prior not so great experience) he did his best to put me at ease. I'll admit, I was still skeptical! After ordering the new window he came out to my office and replaced the windshield to perfection right there in the parking lot - it took less than 30 minutes. He was very reassuring and told me that he regularly does this for many local luxury car dealerships and brands as well. The window replacement was done to perfection - I honestly don't even notice that I have a new window. He also made arrangements for the sensor company to contact me to re-calibrate the cameras which I had no idea I needed to do. I guess all the new fancy cars need to have this done. Paul and his staff were extremely reliable and professional plus everything was covered under my car insurance so I didn't have to pay a dime! At first, Jacob believed the problem was with the touch screen/display (the glass portion of the radio), so he ordered the replacement part. This morning they put Xpel PPF on my Cayman GTS after I had a GT4 front bumper, side scoops and rear spoiler installed on my car. Ping, the shop manager really took his time removing the headlight squirters and front fender marker lights to do the job correctly.
