I told Kirk already, I refilled the a/c twice with freon and dye. he, kirk, charged $275 just to check it out, seems high. he told me 2 seals has to be changed and a/c will work again. compressor and other parts fine. then he charged me total $550 for just changing 2 seals and refill freon, pretty high. 2 days later no a/c. went back he said compressor went bad. You said the compressor was fine and other parts (Really in 2 days? Did not hold accountability for his mistake). walked out with no a/c and dissatisfied customer. filed dispute with credit card company. that week after I left, i got rained on twice because i had to roll down the windows, car got wet inside and almost got into a car accident since it was raining hard 1 day and I had to keep wiping the windshield to see on the road over and over and almost got into a car accident. i do not think you guys did the job, and on top of that, he did not offer to fix my compressor issue at all. Kirk, was looking for a compressor and he was not going to pay for the compressor, that's what he said. you guys are going to double charge me again when i come back.

The next morning, two hours before the appointment, the salesman sent a text to confirm our appointment. We live about and hour away and told him we would be there around noon. When we arrived, the salesman immediately began talking down the car that we were there to see. He said it was a Michigan car with "rust on the calipers". He started pushing another car ("the Switch") that was 1 year newer and $14,000 more expensive. It was only after we asked to see the original car that he came clean and said the original car was sold and not even on the lot. THIS information should have been disclosed to us BEFORE we drove an hour. I don't normally "flame" businesses in online reviews. We gave the manager the opportunity to first make things right. The car had been on the lot since February (4 months). Instead of acknowledging that the salesman should have told us the car was not on the lot (maybe never was), he tried to have us believe the car was sold to an internet buyer AND shipped off the lot while we were driving to the dealership that morning. Treat you like a drive thru business, took my keys and said we'll let you know once your car is done. Then they contacted me 5'mins before they closed and said how quick can I make it back to the shop, only to find the guy that I handed the keys to went home a long time ago and there was another guy who was in there working on a whole different car while my car was parked on the side. No idea how long my car was actually ready for, I waited all day, turned my car in at 10am and didn't get my car until 7pm, no exaggeration, I got my starter replaced. Should not have taken that long. Oh, and when I showed up, he said "you have the starter replacement right?" We never talked about that, I never said I had the part, he then said okay no problem I could find it, it'll take me an extra 3hours to get it. I just didn't want to deal with this issue anymore so I said sure. I should have taken that as my first sign and left somewhere else. I've had other work done on my car since at a new shop and I'm 1000% happier, better priced, feel valued, plus I can sit inside a shop and wait while my car gets worked on, unlike here. You have to leave and come back once they call you, at the end of the day, 5mins before they close telling you your car is ready, to be picked up by someone you never seen before. OH and these guys don't even report their work into Carfax like every other professional shop does. Everytime a mechanic works on your car, they upload it into carfax to show your recent updates, but this shop doesn't do that. Avoid this shop, let that be an indicator of whether or not you should do business with a mechanic. Very shady to avoid uploading professional required documentation. Now that sucks because when I want to resell my car, my carfax history won't show that I got a new started replaced 2026. There's no history of it whatsoever. Find another more professional mechanic, compare prices, ask if they upload their work into carfax. Ask many questions before agreeing to trust your car with them. How they answer your questions will tell you if you want to do business with them, but do that with others and let me spare you this struggle. Only giving them 2 stars because as far as I know, the starter was actually replaced and haven't had issues since. So I guess they did what they needed to do. But I had a lower quote from another mechanic and I regret not going with him because he's the one I go to now and he charges WAY less for better quality work, he's thorough, takes his time to explain and show you.
