I'm a landlord, and have dealt with quite a few "HVAC" contractors and companies, most of whom were ripoff artists. I cannot tell you how many times I had to have things redone, after going the cheapest route. They are the real deal. They have done very quick emergency repairs for both myself and my tenants- as well as installing complete system(s) in my home. Nobody is perfect, and I dislike the tone of the ONE negative review (I think there was a communication issue there- I've never had a problem), so I would ignore that bad review. The person sounds simply like a jerk. [UPDATE: I checked that jerk's "review history", and it was almost all Negative-Nancy-Land. So, ignore the bitter schmuck, please] If there were any issues, Giordano's addressed them quickly, and the pricing has always, in my opinion, been fair. They are not the cheapest- but when I went with the cheapest bids, there was ALWAYS a problem, or some stupid drama. These folks are pros, they know what they are doing. They charge fair, they fix any problems. And, they're really nice people. I give them my highest recommendation.
