Called Lalos After Hours Repair shop and said bring it in we will take a look. Turns out one of my fuel injectors was not working. Letty was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the particular engine my car has. I was looking at over 2k to tow it back to LA but after determining what was wrong, they said they can fix the problem and have it ready the next morning, I didn't hesitate and ask they fix the problem. Sure enough Letty Called earlier then anticipated and the cost was way below if I had it towed. Thank you Letty and Lalo for a great job, highly recommend thier services

I can't say enough good things about Lalo and Letty at Lalo's. Even though they weren't able to…read morerepair my vehicle because it required specialized Honda dealership equipment, they went above and beyond to help me. They performed a thorough diagnostic, clearly explained the issue, and gave me excellent recommendations on the best next steps. They also allowed me to safely store my vehicle at their shop until I could arrange to have it towed back to California, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers are hard to find. Instead of trying to sell me on repairs they couldn't properly perform, they were upfront and guided me in the right direction. I truly appreciate everything Lalo and Letty did for me and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service. Thank you both for making a difficult situation much easier!

Our vehicle was working well until we had to change out the batteries following a windshield…read morereplacement. The windshield installer had not calibrated the windshield properly and did not have it hooked up to a battery charger during the install. We had our vehicle towed to this dealership for diagnostic testing as the check engine light began flashing following the battery changes. The vehicle was at the dealership for four days and then we were contacted explaining that additional diagnostics needed to be completed, which would be an additional fee (more than $700). After two weeks of being at the dealership, we were told that the vehicle had three failed cylinders and ninety percent fuel leakage. The vehicle has a bumper to bumper warranty and is still within that warranty range. We were told by the representative that the repairs would be more than $8,000 and that the warranty may not cover the repairs. We were advised that the dealership wanted at least nine oil change receipts for the vehicle before proceeding forwarded with repairs. Additionally, if the parts are ordered, it could be more than a month for the parts to arrive as they are on back order. We have tried calling the dealership to speak with a manager, however we receive an automated message. We have gone in person to the dealership to speak with a manager and no one is available. We have been without a vehicle for three weeks now and we still don't have a plan for repairs. Our vehicle was operable prior to the battery changes and now there is no telling when or if we will have it back. This is our only family vehicle.
