Doctor explained everything perfectly and acted in my best interest. That is what I look for, beside not getting overcharged. We needed to reschedule the follow-up because of a conflict and we never received a call back. The prescription was never sent to the pharmacy despite us calling twice to ask about it. I appreciated how quickly they got her in and liked the doctor, but the lack of follow-up and communication afterward was confusing. I don't think we'd return. The front office staff, Marci and Tiffany, were welcoming and transparent about pricing through my insurance. I'm only 37 and I never thought I would have skin cancer, but they calmed me down. Dr. Hou and her team performed MOHS surgery right in the office just 10 days after my first visit, taking the minimum amount of skin as possible to successfully remove the cancer. They also took care of all the necessary forms and even provided letters to my employer, making the process seamless. When it comes to scary skin stuff, this is the only place I trust! Dermatology, my son recently started having issues with…read morecontagious warts as of 2 days ago I called in thinking that because my whole family has been getting treatment from Boston, dermatology that they would make an exception to get him in as a dermatology emergency. The secretary told me that there would not be any appointments for weeks to go to urgent care instead. He's has the warrants for 2 days and they've been spreading for 2 days, never had an issue with warts. it's unacceptable that this office would not accommodate him for something contagious. There's rarely any dermatology emergencies. I called another dermatology office in Glendora office and explained what the issue and that it was an emergency since it appeaes to be contagious and they are squeezing my son in, I will never go back to Boston dermatology, my wife nor kids will not be returning. Patience care is not a primary responsibility of Boston Dermatology. So for anybody that has an emergency, that's dermatology related, where it does not happen often.Do not go to Boston dermatology.Find another place that will have better patient care. Dr Saeed Jaffer you should be aware of how existing patiens are being treated by your staff, in unacceptable and because of that you have lost a an entire family that obtains treatment from you regularly.
