As for the treatments, there is a noticeable lack of care and effort--you can tell right away. Today's experience was the worst so far. In short, you can tell the business doesn't care about its staff or its clients, and it shows in their customer service. I would recommend going elsewhere, as there are many better Korean places in the area.
