I was then told it "didn't count" because it was left after business hours, and therefore I would still be charged under their "48 business hours" rule. Dr. Neimann was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to clearly explain the removal procedure, what to expect, and the healing process, while being completely transparent throughout. The entire staff was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. The removal itself was quick and painless since they properly numbed the area, and my recovery was surprisingly fast. Aftercare was also very thoughtful--they sent me home with a bag of gauze (which I didn't end up needing), an ice pack (a fantastic idea since I didn't have to go get one), and chapstick. They also provided Dr. Niemann's personal mobile number in case any issues or questions arose after hours, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during recovery.
