She listened carefully, absorbed every detail of our feedback, and helped us bring the vision to life. I shared that I wanted to incorporate diamonds from both of my grandmothers' rings, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. After trying on a few different shapes, we scheduled a second visit the following week. When we returned, Katherine had prepared full 3D renderings of three different designs based solely on what I had described verbally. She even had wax molds of all three so I could try on the shapes and sizes to truly understand how the ring would feel before finalizing the design. My fiancé ultimately surprised me with the ring of my dreams, and it was everything I could have ever hoped for. The centerpiece is a stunning, substantial oval diamond, with my grandmothers' diamonds beautifully cascading along the band. It is truly the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. My wife was gifted older jewelry from her grandmother and wanted to have it appraised and possibly resized -- approximately 25 items. She booked the appointment online and was never informed of any appraisal or handling fees. When my wife, her cousin, and I arrived, we received no warm welcome whatsoever. We were about 15 minutes late due to being new to the area and accidentally going to the wrong location, and we apologized immediately. From that moment on, the older brunette woman who assisted us was rude and dismissive. There was no small talk, responses were short and snippy, and the overall customer service was very poor. When my wife asked for an estimate to sell some items and have a bracelet repaired and cleaned, the employee scoffed and said, "Just so you know, this is exactly why I asked how many items you had -- because we charge a fee." I explained that this fee should have been mentioned upfront or charged when the appointment was booked online. I also expressed that she had been rude since we walked in and made us feel completely unwelcome. Management may want to address customer service expectations with this employee. We had every intention of doing business here, but her attitude alone made us decide otherwise.
