I called ahead of time to see if they'd be able to replace the battery and they took me right away. there is plenty of parking in front of the building. they also saw some jewelry there too. My first experience was bringing in a gold and diamond bracelet that needed a safety chain and lock repair. The jeweler took great care to examine the lock and found two issues with it. He repaired them both at my request and added the security chain. When I got the bracelet back, it looked brand new, it was cleaned and polished, looking better than it has in decades. The repairs are perfect. Then I brought in another bracelet that needed a gemstone added and a few gold links straightened. Again the result was perfect.
