I've have been on an endless hunt for a very unique cathedral as a statement piece for our family home. After looking at, "the big ones" on Brazil Gems website for many months, I decided to finally pull the trigger and reach out. Marcos answered when I placed the phone call. He was very patient with me while answering all of my gazillion questions. He was very responsive in emails and was present when I needed him. I can assure you that their reviews are just as genuine as their gorgeous gems and precious stones are. After going to local shows here in Northern California, no one seemed to have what I was looking for or know where to get what I was looking for when I described. But Marcos did ! Once I learned amethyst cathedrals were cemented and painted, I became very set on polished cathedral that locals told me, "I would never find a polished cathedral of that size." The locals were indeed very wrong. Brazil Gems holds a massive inventory of beautiful hand selected minerals that will elevate your home or office. They are very unique and special in every way. Marcos even invited me to come directly to his warehouse, which was very kind of him. I completely trusted him and chose to ship my purchase site unseen. I've never purchased a precious stone without feeling the energy first. So I was hesitant but moved forward anyways. My delivery came faster than an Amazon package in literally 24 hours since I am based in California too. I wasn't sure which one I was more impressed with, the gorgeous cathedral or the ultimate care and mindfulness it was packed with. The best part, Marcos already read my mind and put felt pads under the geodes for me before he shipped them. My package took one hour to unwrap and it was beyond exhilarating to carefully unveil. Christmas came early on a Wednesday. So much "WOW FACTOR" These were more magnificent in person. The time and patience that Marcos took with me is what will get me to return as a customer. I am grateful that I will now have a gorgeous polished piece to last my lifetime in our family home. I can not wait for my next purchase from Brazil gems.
