I used this company twice recently to get me to my cataract surgery appointments and both times it went like clockwork. The quote was reasonable. The driver arrived on time and was very polite and professional and got me to my destination early. Since I live in the suburbs, rideshare services aren't always that reliable so it was a relief to be able to book a reservation in advance and know I could just focus on my health and trust that transportation would be taken care of without me having to fuss about it. I did this Yelp thing where I requested a price quote from airport shuttle companies and I got back a bunch of responses. NG Town Car was the least expensive one, so I looked up their reviews and they seemed to be pretty positive. I went with it. Their customer service was outstanding. They were very responsive to all my messages. Driver called me while I was at the baggage claim. He came on a clean comfortable GMC Yukon that accommodated 5 big hard suitcases, one large duffle bag, one carry on rollie. We put our backpacks on the floor in front of us. My husband sat next the driver. My adult son and I had an empty seat in between us in the second row. Behind us there''s room for two average sized people or one larger sized person. The whole ride was comfortable and the driver, Buabubeker, was friendly and took us to our hotel very safely. He also helped us with our luggage. Definitely will use this company again. read more

Extra cost charged!! I booked with NG Towncar LLC originally on May 3rd for service to the airport and service back from the airport. The pickup from home went smoothly, however the return pickup wasn't as smooth and the cost was $132, including a $22 gratuity. My international returned flight was cancelled, so I emailed on Friday the 24th stating "Hello, I wanted to inform you that my flight from my destination has been canceled due to mechanical issues. It looks like I may not be arriving tonight at midnight and may need to reschedule my pickup at SeaTac airport. My phone number is ***-***-**. Please respond back with instructions on next steps." When I didn't hear back on the May 24, I called on May 25th to reschedule my pick-up and an updated confirmation was sent over in email at 11:33am. The owner responded to my May 24 email on May 25 @ 12:39pm after I already had an updated confirmation. When my flight arrived, I called the number of the owner who stated that my confirmation was cancelled, and I had to explain that I have an email confirming my updated pickup from home address to the Seattle airport. The owner contacted a driver and pickup from the airport was made in 2 mins per his text. Upon drop-off to home address, we went to give the driver a tip by the driver said that the fare was $148, $16 more than the pickup from home address to the airport, I explained that my card was to be charged and the driver showed me a text from the owner that stated, "charge her". I said no I will not because my card is on file, and I was told it will be charged just as the original pickup was using the credit card. The driver, I'm sure he was caught in the middle, but he insisted that I needed to pay. I tried three times around 1am on 26th, to call the owner who conveniently did not answer my call but answered when the driver called. The driver gave me the phone and I asked the owner why I should pay the driver when my card will be charged as it was previously and the owner said, "I deleted your confirmation and your credit card" to which I said, "I never received a cancellation email." The owner repeatedly said, "this is my business and I know what is in the system and that your (my) information is no longer in the system." The owner also states that because I wasn't scheduled, and he had to call the driver and the driver not an employee, but the driver was doing him a favor and to make it "easy for him as the owner and to pay the driver" I insisted that I was NOT going to do that because my card was on file with HIS company. Two mins after the conversation ended and the driver left, I received an email with a charge to my credit card, he insisted he deleted, for $168. The owner says the charge will be an extra $20 for late pick-up but I had a confirmation and on YELP, his hours are open 24 hours and no information to date on extra cost for "late pickup" read more

N.G. Towncar also known as Seattle Town Car Service is a pretty decent option to arrange for a car service around Seattle. The service is decent and the rates reasonable. I recently used them to get to and from Seattle/Tacoma Airport and found them to be reliable and price effective. I initially tried them out during the heavy snow storms and they still were able to meet their promised time and got me to the airport in time for my flight. They offer a wide array of newer vehicles from Lincoln Town Cars and Tahoes. All were comfortable and roomy enough for all the stuff I needed to take with me. Service is ok, they could be a little more warm or professional, but they get the job done and are most importantly reliable. Rates are competitive and I found them to be almost just as cost-effective as taking a taxi. I believe I paid about 10% more for the town car service when compared to taxis, but I didn't have to deal with waiting for a cab or all of the nervousness of being on time. It was well worth the premium. All in all, a good service and product and a fairly affordable price. Worth checking out, especially if you need a ride to the airport and can't find a friend to take you! read more

Booked a car with them 24 hours in advance so we wouldn't have to worry about something being available. Was told I'd be called 30 prior to pickup. 15 minutes before pickup I still hadn't been called so I called them. I was told they weren't sure what was happening. They would call me back....which I refused, and asked to speak to a manager. Eventually I was told the car would be arriving 15 minutes late. They didn't bother to tell me, I had to call them and demand answers. 15 minutes late isn't acceptable with an advanced reservation...might as well just use Lyft! read more

I had very bad experience with this company. I used it to go to airport. After arrived at airport, when I was about to pay the fare and tip (I usually pay around 15%), then the driver told me I have to pay 20% tip. I am unhappy about this because tip should depends on the quality of service and I don't like to be required to pay a fixed percentage of tip directly by the driver. Apparently they want 20% tip no matter whether customer is satisfied or not. read more

I have used N.G. Towncar about 10 times to get from my south Everett home to Sea-Tac for the past 4 years, both for my company-reimbursed work flights as well as personal vacations. Obviously, I'm pretty satisfied. Nadir the owner and his drivers are always early or on-time. I've taken taxis back home from Sea-Tac and the cost is both a little higher, and the ride much less comfortable than Nadir's Lincoln town cars. I've gotten to know Nadir a bit and also observed his phone manner - he is a very nice guy and always courteous. He told me he's recently picked up a bunch of corporate accounts, so word is getting around, yet his rates have not gone up (and I, being rather cost-sensitive, would've noticed). All in all, I can't recommend a driver service more. read more

NG Towncar delivered on-time and prompt service for an airport pick-up I requested, and I liked their online booking process. This would be a 5-star review but I specifically requested a child seat in my online request then followed up with a phone call the next day to confirm the seat would be available (they said it would), but the driver who arrived did not have a car seat. When I complained the company explained that they sent a different driver at the last minute because the planned driver was stuck in traffic and they did not want to be late. This is a laudable customer service decision in most circumstances, but the safety of the child remained my biggest concern. Since the only thing that really differentiated the towncar service from a regular cab for this airport run is the ability to make requests like these I was not happy with the outcome. But if we hadn't needed the car seat it would have been fine. read more

Hoirrible experience with NG Towncar. Reservation was for a 3AM pickup in Lynnwood to get to Seatac. Finally at 3:20 they called.....already 20 min late. The man said he could not pick us up because his town car had broken down. He offered no apologies or options as to how we were supposed to get out to the airport and make our flight. He sounded bizarre, kept mumbling about the car breaking down. Our flight was leaving at 5:30. We had a very difficult time but we managed to get into Seattle and then got a Uber to Seatac. We barely made our gate....they were boarding the last passengers as we ran. NEVER EVER trust NG Town Car to meet their obligations. We got home a week later, NO LETTER of apology awaited us.
