I LOVE everything about this place! They have a salt massage room, Zen garden, relaxation room, along with fantastic art and fun needlepoint for sale. The massage was wonderful and Missy has a positive energy that really helped me relax. I get a lot of massages and more often than not, I walk away feeling "meh" about them ie: pressure is not enough, therapist has a bad attitude (negative energy is not conducive to a healthy massage) etc. But not at the Sensory Spa. The good vibes and Missy's "handiwork" (you see what I did there? ) left me feeling relaxed and happy. It was gentle yoga, but had opportunities for people to stretch their bodies even further if they so wished without making the rest of us feel like we were falling behind. It had the perfect balance of flow and rest and made me really relaxed. For people who wanted even more, there was a meditation session at the end. The space itself is beautiful - from the sunny front room where you can peacefully wait for classes to begin (with its rotating art collection!) to the equipment (blankets, blocks, straps, etc.) that was all in really good shape. I'm definitely going back next time I'm home - you should check it out as well!
