My color is still uneven with noticeable patchiness, and my extensions were not reinstalled or blended properly, leaving my hair looking uneven in both length and overall finish. I did express concerns during the appointment, but I was reassured that everything looked fine, which was frustrating given the outcome. Considering the time and cost involved, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail.

It made it so easy to pick a time, review prices and services. The stylists took the time to listen to what I wanted and cut my hair based on how it lays and dries. My stylist this last time, Scotland, even took the time to see how the shape of my glasses fit with the bangs I wanted. I never even thought about those might fit together before. She also took the time to show me how to style my bangs since my hair doesn't quite want to cooperate with anything I try to do. She even let me know I had a week to come back if I decided I wanted my bangs shorter. I'll definitely be back!

I got no response . Requested a new appointment still no response. I am 73 walk with a cane. Not sure if it was because i had to cancel on short notice or because she did not want to have me come there anymore. The salon is super cute and Lindsay was so nice and took time to listen to my concerns and my hair goals. She even talked me into curling my hair which I never do since I 'm a slave to my straightener! Now I curl my hair on the regular! I am so happy with my hair and have received so many compliments! I wanted to go Burgundy red for winter (think red wine color) and am naturally a dark brunette. I emailed photos of what I wanted prior to coming for the appointment and was nervous because we were going away on a trip shortly after. The stylist who did my hair was really kind, I just don't think she knew what she was doing. My hair came out orange instead of dark red. I left because I was kinda in shock and she was really excited about it and didn't know how to tell her. When I got home my husband asked me what I did to my hair so that's when I realized I had to do something and change it. I emailed immediately and even called the next day after not hearing back via email and finally I just walked in two days later (and it seemed like they were avoiding me because they couldn't get ahold of the owners to figure out what to do). Eventually they scheduled me to come back the following day and tried to fix it but it was still super brassy. I spent over $240 (they didn't charge the second time) but still was really disappointed. Unfortunately I will not return here. Fortunately I found another awesome salon across town which is way cheaper and they seem to know how to use color. My hair has since been fixed (a couple hundred bucks later and a new stylist later).

I did not find my stylist to be very receptive at urban euphoria when I told her it was much warmer than what I wanted, she basically said that was the best that she could do, and, that before the toner it looked much worse. As if that is supposed to make somebody feel better. I don't believe she let it process near long enough. She said that it was a good first step, as if I'm going to let her touch my hair again. What's really disheartening is I have never paid more for a cut and color, and I have never been less satisfied. I have since toned my hair down some at home because I was not going to go out in public the way that it looked before, I'm just sad that I have had to spend yet more money trying to fix this mistake. I even tried to share what had helped other stylist do my hair in the past but again my stylist was not receptive to this. I think she wanted to get out of work on time. I tried to maintain composure and be polite during the appointment because I can understand the amount of time put in, but when I got home and saw how bad my hair was my heart sank. Eventually i asked for help by saying "can i ask you a few questions?" The girl stopped and looked stunned like i was speaking another language. She begrudgingly said yes after about 10 seconds of a blank stare, then proceeded to not help even in the slightest. I asked if they possibly had something in stock, she said no without checking anything but her "no" seemed super uncertain and lazy. Then, i asked where a certain brand was and she didn't say anything, started walking a bit, and pointed. Weird ASF. I am a super nice and approachable person I've NEVER had an employee act this way towards me. She wasn't wearing a name tag so can't name her, or else i definitely would. She happened to be the one checking me out and the attitude was INSANEEE. Never once said thank you or made eye contact with me while talking to me. Truly the strangest and worst experience I've had in not just an Ulta, but any store period. Not to mention her lashes were popping off at the inner and outer corners.... You work at a beauty store. Then I get a call today that it's his last day (3 days after my appointment) and I needed to reschedule with someone else. Problem is, I don't trust just anyone. I am so disappointed.
