I am not sure what all of their duties entail but I can say that they are always incredibly busy, with outstanding customer service at all times. I had a hard time typing the words "Customer Service" because they make me feel like family. Also... check in is a breath of fresh air compared to most other clinics. Amber and Robbie embrace you and get ya signed in and warmly seated with a sweet smile. There is never a wait so very shortly you get called back weighed, vitals taken , etc, all done quickly and with utmost respect. Again NO WAIT....then,IN A FLASH There is a knock at the door and in walks your provider!!!! Every Single Time!!! Bonus is that urgent care is right there, they have their own lab too!!! They take most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. I cannot emphasize enough how great the front desk staff is. Also no one gets referrals done as fast as these guys do. They're fast professional and on the ball. They make you feel like they understand. I have been there in extreme pain and simply their eye contact and tone of voice has calmed me down. I am so grateful they are here. Again there is never a wait... Please acknowledge Robbie and Amber of the front desk with a HUGE RAISE and a PROMOTION along with that please give them an all expense paid vacation with their families to the destination of their choice. I've been here 3 times in the last couple of months for different reasons. The first time I…read morereceived exceptional care. The second time I was prescribed medication listed as a known allergy. I had to call to get a new medication. I was told I had a virus even though my symptoms were those of a sinus infection, which I have a history of. I went back a week later and told the same thing. I'm still sick, terrible sinus pain. So I went to another provider and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and finally given the medication I need to get better. I could have been getting better instead of missing time at work and feeling miserable. I won't be back.

I guess I went in at 11 o'clock with an online appointment for wheezing and unproductive cough. There was nobody in the building as far as patients waiting the young man that reception who checked me in was very professional and very kind and very efficient. It kind of went downhill after that the nurse who called me back, I believe her name is Kristen was probably the most abrupt and compassionate medical person. I've come across in quite a while. She took my blood pressure and asked does your blood pressure tend to run high, not telling me that it was very high until I asked, she swooped out and the doctor came in. She spent two3 seconds touching me, listening with her stethoscope to my back didn't look down my throat didn't look up. My nose didn't palpate my chest. That was it gave me a prescription for an inhaler and an anabiotic. She did not poach me on how to use the inhaler. I am 80 years old and I've never used an inhaler so that might've been helpful as I say I think it is the day and the doctor. I would totally have given them grace if they had been very busy and were a little shortstaffed this is not the case on this day as I was the only patient. But thank you to the very nice young man at reception.

So I'm not sure why they even take appointments. 2 examples: once, we had a 9:15 appointment and weren't called in until 11:11. A second time We had a 10:15 appt and got in at 12:30. I like this feature versus just showing up and not knowing how long you have to wait to be seen. They also let you enter in all of your insurance information online as well. Very nice feature. I showed up at the time booked. I had to wait about 10 minutes before they took me to the back. When you show up, they do ask for your insurance card, which I had to email to the receptionist. You also have to fill out a form or two, some of this was redundant to the form I completed online prior to coming in. I'm not a fan of duplicating information. Not a huge issue, just something they should improve upon. The nurse and doctor were great. No issues with the care and advice I received. Xray showed it was just a sprain. They booted it and sent me on my way. When I was there, the wait wasn't bad. The service I received was very good. I would recommend.

After filling it out we waited for about 5 minutes before we were called back for vitals to be taken. Immediately got into an exam room where my husband was triaged by the nurse. Within 2-3 minutes of her leaving the room, the PA came in. My husband was being seen for a burn and the PA was very thorough and helpful. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy and we were out the door shortly after. The entire visit was around 30 minutes total. Truly great service and care. Very grateful that an urgent care was opened closer to home.
