Amber and Robbie embrace you and get ya signed in and warmly seated with a sweet smile. There is never a wait so very shortly you get called back weighed, vitals taken , etc, all done quickly and with utmost respect. I had to call to get a new medication. I was told I had a virus even though my symptoms were those of a sinus infection, which I have a history of. I went back a week later and told the same thing. I'm still sick, terrible sinus pain. So I went to another provider and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and finally given the medication I need to get better. It's located in a strip center and is very low key from a curb appeal vantage point - but I found that to be of little consequence. I was immediately greeted once I got in the door and after providing some identification, was handed an iPad to complete the registration. Within a minute of handing the iPad in, I was taken in for vitals and quickly placed in an exam room. Dr. Worriax showed up within a minute or two and quickly diagnosed my issue. He explained the planned treatment clearly, answered my questions, got a copy of my Rx after sending it to my pharmacy and sent me on my way. The staff is efficient, friendly and professional and the experience was as good as it can get - especially in the world of urgent care! Highly recommend!

After explaining the situation, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before someone finally came into my room and completed what I originally came in to have done. The amount of waiting and the lack of communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating, especially when I nearly left without receiving the service I had come in for in the first place. I like this feature versus just showing up and not knowing how long you have to wait to be seen. They also let you enter in all of your insurance information online as well. Very nice feature. I showed up at the time booked. I had to wait about 10 minutes before they took me to the back. When you show up, they do ask for your insurance card, which I had to email to the receptionist. You also have to fill out a form or two, some of this was redundant to the form I completed online prior to coming in. I'm not a fan of duplicating information. Not a huge issue, just something they should improve upon. The nurse and doctor were great. No issues with the care and advice I received. Xray showed it was just a sprain. They booted it and sent me on my way. When I was there, the wait wasn't bad. The service I received was very good. I would recommend.

They called days later to ask if I wanted to cancel. Nope, still want the appointment. She said she'd call back to let me know. Let me know what? I still want the appointment... She said, well, let me check. I'll call you back? Check what?? I want the appointment. Never heard back from them. I made an appointment at CVS minute clinic for the physical. Also, went here a couple of years ago for a son that had Severs (growth plate issue) figuring they'd be familiar (Sports Medicine). They had never heard of it and diagnosed him with plantar fasciitis. Went to emerge Ortho and got him a cast. Save your time/money and go elsewhere.
