Decent selection of tea/ boba options. Indoor seating in a cozy space. Quick service. I got the taro tea and had the option of getting fresh taro in my tea ( which I said yes, of course!). Their creamy slushes are pretty good too...The brown sugar creamy was quite delicious. Service is quick. Good place for a quick pick'er upper.

"DELICIOUS AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!" I got two drinks: -Slushy mango, pineapple and passion fruit. With mango pearls -brown sugar famous drink (most popular) Wow both drinks had amazing flavors. I would definitely come back! Drinks are around $7 each for the largest and they are a little on the sweet side so I recommend to ask for 50% sweetness. Definitely coming back! This place was recommended to my family. We took our daughter and she absolutely loved her strawberry/drink. I got the fresh milk, tea Boba and it was absolutely delicious, and my husband got the taro milk tea with Boba and his was also really delicious. We didn't order food. We just got the drinks, but the ambience was very relaxed and overall we really enjoyed our visit, we will definitely be back!!

Ni Hao has a great variety of drinks. I usually stick to my favorite - the Taro Smoothie with either boba or sometimes red bean. Yum! Nice ambience inside - a couple couches and plenty of small tables. Although they are usually quite busy, they are fast and friendly! Note: at this most recent visit, my drink was in the cute (reusable, I think) plastic cup/lid (see photo). I looked around and some drinks were in normal cups, some in normal cups with rounded lids, and some in the special cups....not sure why!?

This is one of my go-to boba spots. They have many flavors and toppings to choose from but I love the Jasmine Milk Tea best. Their online ordering system it top-notch. Many times I order en route and as soon as I arrive my order is ready to go. They also support veterans. I was able to get a free drink on Veterans Day! That means a lot!

Full disclosure, I only tried one drink- the fresh brown sugar milk but it was DELICIOUS!! I got it 50% sweet and I recommend that. 100% would've been really sweet. I loved that this place has fruit tea and slushy options too! The milky drinks are definitely more popular though. The staff are FAST, there's minimal wait for your drink (there was one larger party ahead of us). There's decent seating and even games for you and your pals!

The best boba! Particularly the Matcha strawberry boba. Thank you for the fast and friendly serious. I come too often lol it's addicting.

I went here on a whim! The girl taking my order greeted me and helped me decide what to get based on what I told her. The service was quick and helpful. I took my tea to go but the inside was cute. Several tables with some games to play. My tea was delicious!

Best boba in Tucson . Very compareable to Cali bobas places . Had my first brown sugar boba (25% sugar only ) for me and I loved it . I had their brown sugar and taro snow/taro milk tea before and they all pretty good . If you don't like drinks too sweet like me I would recommend you to cut down the sugar level . read more

I had been wanting to try Ni Hao Tea since they opened, Im happy I finally did. I had the jasmine tea (regular sweetness)with brown sugar boba and it was heavenly! This was my first time trying Jasmine tea and my first time trying boba. It will definitely not be my last! My partner in crime that day had the Thai iced milk tea (regular sweetness)with condensed milk and brown sugar boba. Of course, I had to try it and that one didn't disappoint either. The staff was super nice and helpful in answering our questions and we received our order very quickly. I am a huge fan of green tea so I'll have to try that next but I have been craving the jasmine tea since I first tried it last week, I am definitely going back and I'm bringing friends! Really wanted to like ni hao tea, but was disappointed again. The last time I have them a pass a I think the order was incorrect and there's made it way too sweet for my 50 percent sugar order. Decided to give them another chance today, but the boba was disappointing, they were a too hard. Maybe boba isn't their focus but sad nonetheless. read more

Tried this place out for the first time yesterday, did the online order and it was ready within 5 min of submission. Ordered the Black Tea with cream cheese foam and it was delicious. Definitely going to order again but possibly at only 75% sweet instead of regular sweetness (but that choice was on me) Can't wait till it opens up so I can check out the inside. read more

Absolutely the best boba in Tucson. Great ambience, lots of seating (both sofas and table seating), and a very friendly staff. Drinks tend to be a bit on the sweet side, so half-sugar is usually perfect. read more

I tried their popular "brown sugar milk" at 75% sweetness. Would recommend 50% unless you like very sweet. The brown sugar flavor was too molasses-y for my taste. I also ordered the strawberry milk tea which was very good, but would try at 50% sweetness next time. read more

This is the best boba in Tucson. I literally have planned some of my trips through Phoenix/Tempe for good boba because Tucson's boba places were not as good. However, I was so excited to go to Ni Hao Tea and went 3 times a week after I first tried it. The brown sugar boba had amazing texture and flavor. I have gotten the matcha latte each time (50% sweet), which is always blended well and ready promptly. I've also tried the egg pudding and grass jelly topping, and was really happy with both. If you've never tried grass jelly, it's similar in texture to the mango jelly but a milder taste that is not as sweet. My partner has gotten the strawberry milk tea, which made me do a double take when I tried it. I've never had it before, and it literally taste like fresh strawberry dessert. Highly recommend! I am looking forward to trying the lychee green tea and regular milk tea as well. read more

I have yet to be disappointed by the place. Everything is so good we come almost every weekend. I love the rose milk tea and the cream cheese tea. Even my 5 year old loves their drinks, especially with the popping boba. My husband is a huge fan of the brown sugar milk tea. 10/10 would recommend read more

Really good drinks here! I got the ni hao milk tea with 50% sugar and i loved it! The boba was perfect too. I also tried the taro milk tea and it was delicious even though I don't normally like taro. It has fresh taro in it which is probably why I loved it so much. Also, all drinks have lactose-free whole milk which is a plus!! This is my favorite boba place in town. Amazing tea! I had the cream cheese green tea and it was so smooth! The jasmine was strong but it mixed in well. I got 25% sugar and if you are not a fan of sugary drinks, it is perfect! If you are a fan of sugary drinks, they can definitely full fill your desire! read more

I'm pretty sure this is the only place in town that uses fresh (real) taro to make their taro teas. I got it with the brown sugar boba and it was amazing. Only got the medium but should have gotten the large cuz it was that good!!! Best part is you can customize the sugar level on how much you want if you're trying to watch your sugar intake. read more

This place just became my one of my favorite boba places in Tucson. I've been to quite a bit of boba places (Chatime, Teaholic, Nomico, Bings Boba) around town. A lot of them have started out strong, but slowly became more more flavorless and/or not as good as it used to be. Despite the takeout situation due to the coronavirus, it still has pretty good milk tea. I like how they have a pretty diverse menu and allows you to adjust the sweetness levels, ice levels, and comes with a wide variety of toppings (slowly becoming a standard at a lot of boba tea shops). My favorite is the matcha latte with red bean and the brown sugar milk tea with the cream cheese cap. I like the brown sugar boba as it's nice and soft. Would definitely recommend this place. read more

Intimidatingly small at first, but there's a good amount of seating in the back of house and on the patio so you can make do. Staff keeps things moving along too, so I can't imagine that long of a wait here. Now the food. I'm getting hungry just typing about it. Let me summarize. Not a single thing was below a 9/10. Not one. The standouts are by far the mamacita burrito. I could eat one a day. The carrot cinnamon roll pancakes are breaking my heart because they're seasonal. Please please please please make them permanent!! That is all. Come here next brunch.

The Prep Omelette was seriously so delicious and seasoned to perfection. It was well balanced and cooked well. The potatoes! YUM! They were crispy but still soft. The interior invites you to take a picture, the music is loud, it just appears to be catered to a very particular demographic. Evidently, that is not me, and that's okay! I ordered the banana cream matcha latte at recommendation from someone who's visited before with the matcha tiramisu. In the latte, I was hoping for a more flavorful banana cream. It had a nice finish and was very smooth, but I wouldn't have been able to guess it being flavored if I hadn't known. Both items were made from high quality matcha, so expect the steep price tag associated. Combined with the baristas being unable to differentiate between drink orders at the end of their bar, I wasn't really amazed given the reputation Brucha has. Maybe I didn't even receive my drink, and the above is all unfounded, but I won't be figuring that out anytime soon.

I've had better boba in Tucson but I think this is the best you can get close to the Mall so I would rate this visit 2 stars Pros: - Friendly customer service - A great variety of toppings and board games - High-quality ingredients Cons: - Drinks are priced expensive - Milktea is more milk than tea - Boba is chewy outside but rough hard inside which is probably a result of not being cooked long enough After a customer left the table, I didn't see them wipe down the table read more

BEST BOBA TEA IN TOWN!!! It's so much better than bings boba and that used to be my favorite place. And it's better than the boba teas at all the malls in Tucson. I ordered the rose milk tea with honey boba and it was so good. The added honey is warm which makes for a great drink! Stop by and there's hardly a wait in line. Can't wait for it to open since it's a cute place to hang with friends. read more
