Equipment is sufficient, but not grade A quality. It works if you have a low budget for the gym and need something adequate. (You get what you pay for.) Staff are definitely friendly. They are working on upgrades here and there. Awesome when you go in and the upstairs or downstairs is empty so you can use anything and everything you want. Overall, this gym worked for me when I needed one in Welland.

I owned and operated a tanning salon, all touch surfaces must b cleaned after each tanner finishes their tan no matter what style bed it is I shouldn't b in the bed and see prints from prior tanners body parts on the plexiglass. Planet Fitness in Welland, Ontario is by far THE BEST gym experience I've had over the years. Drake…read more(the manager) is absolutely perfect & has built such a great staff. Everyone is always so ready to give a helping-hand with their vast knowledge of the facility. Very accommodating too. I'm part of "The Morning Crew" as I do refer to it (prior to 7am arrival), & even the clients are definitely just as fun as they. I started out about 2 weeks back now in my journey to a rehabilitation process (bed-ridden with overlapping medical conditions since August 2023), & I don't feel silly or unwelcome whatsoever. In fact, quite the opposite. Clean & Tidy facilities, in working order, great music, & once again, have THE BEST staff ever. Thanks Team @ Planet Fitness Welland. You seriously rock!! :) :D
