Instructors are great and offer some cool fitness classes. The equipment is good, but most importantly they have restructured the payment which is awesome. I owned and operated a tanning salon, all touch surfaces must b cleaned after each tanner finishes their tan no matter what style bed it is I shouldn't b in the bed and see prints from prior tanners body parts on the plexiglass. Everyone is always so ready to give a helping-hand with their vast knowledge of the facility. Very accommodating too. I'm part of "The Morning Crew" as I do refer to it (prior to 7am arrival), & even the clients are definitely just as fun as they. I started out about 2 weeks back now in my journey to a rehabilitation process (bed-ridden with overlapping medical conditions since August 2023), & I don't feel silly or unwelcome whatsoever. In fact, quite the opposite. Clean & Tidy facilities, in working order, great music, & once again, have THE BEST staff ever. Thanks Team @ Planet Fitness Welland. You seriously rock!! :) :D
