Fazoli's is the other chain that I know of where you can get spaghetti at a drive-thru. I normally get two peach mango pies. I decided to get one because my order was large. It hit the spot. The exterior was crispy. The peach mango filling was excellent. I was so happy. I loved this location so much that I ate here before I headed to the airport to head home to Toronto. I chose the remake, as promised. When the second driver arrived, he aggressively accused me of being rude to the first driver, could not explain how, and then told me to never order from them again. This was shocking, unprovoked, and extremely unprofessional. Calling the store afterward got me zero apology, zero accountability, and a dismissive "What do you want me to do? I wasn't there."
