Delivery was free and they even took away my old couch free of charge. Greg was not a hovering sales person. He provided ample shopping time without any pressure to buy. The delivery team arrived right when Greg said they would and Chris (the delivery person doing most of the talking) was very quick and professional. The only downside is from the furniture supply side of things. Special orders are several months out. But luckily the selection in stock led me to a very comfortable recliner.
