Seth was prompt in responding to my email and as it turns out he actually lives close by. He made an appointment and the day he showed up here was on time, friendly and super helpful. He immediately figured out where the leak had come from and got our busted pipe replaced. I had heard horror stories about plumbers that destroy dry wall dealing with replacing pipe fixtures but Seth simply cut his square out and even suggested that we place a vent cover over it so we can encourage better air flow to the pipe. At the end of the day hiss pricing was much lower than we anticipated as well. We will 100% use him every time!

I'm angry because we paid $69 to be given an astronomical bill for the work that needed to be done. I expected their inspection to be in good faith, genuine, reasonable. It was none of these things. Home adviser says plumbers will charge anywhere from $45-200 per hour. Look at the bill from paradigm plumbing! It was beyond a bloated, inflated price - it was the greediest bill I've ever received. And here's the kicker - they refuse to break down their billing (how much parts cost and how much they charge per hour). They claimed that the cost to replace (1)a sink head and (2)garbage disposal would cost $1200. Twelve. Hundred. Dollars. They refused to be transparent in their billing or provide explanation. We hired a master plumber who gave us the receipts for the parts ($220) and charged $150 for less than 45 mins of work. In contrast, the Paradigm receptionist refused to provide a transparent breakdown of billing; she was condescending and belittling and said simply, "I'm glad you found a plumber you could afford." Can anyone afford a plumber that charges $1,000 an hour?! I am outraged that paradigm plumbing services LLC tried taking advantage of us financially the way that they did. $1200?! With no receipts or hourly charge?! Just $1,000 in labor for less than an hour of work?! Greedy. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. No transparency. Buyer beware! The parts at Home Depot were $220 total. It doesn't take longer than an hour to replace a sink faucet head and disposal. Especially for a "master plumber." By all means, if paradigm is wants to respond to this review, please break down this bill for potential customers.

They responded almost immediately to my Yelp request, and were able to come out the next day. Their communication is excellent; I got numerous messages confirming my appointment and letting me know the technician was on the way, as well as a follow-up call to check that everything was satisfactory. My only gripe (for which I knocked off a star) is that they are very expensive, even as plumbers go. They charged $857 for a 1-1/4 hour job, for which I provided the materials. One nice feature, though, is that they do flat-rate pricing based on the job and not on time, so you know in advance how much it is going to cost.

The water softener was installed a couple of weeks ago and yesterday it flooded my basement. I dealt with the flooding because they could not help over the holiday. Next day, while tech was here inspecting everything, he said to use the non-GFCI in the other room with an extension cord to run everything, the GFCI in utility is now giving trouble. After he left, I followed up with some questions and was then told to NOT run any of it before an electrician or HVAC takes a look. Dangerous inconsistency, just disappoint me in the moment and tell me I am without A/C. Now I am dealing with a damaged electrical components and a downed HVAC system without any support because they THINK it was caused by the equipment and it was unavoidable for them - 30 day warranty sounds nice until something happens.

Installation is much more complete then homebuilders was: heater is set in leak tray with drain directly into floor drain instead on just on floor, seperate surge tank instead of valve (that leaked), rearranged vents, etc. They were in and out in 2 hours. If I had another plumbing issue these guys would be my first and only call.

Responses by email and text are quick and they answer the phone or call back promptly. Highly recommend for plumbing and water heater service! I started off having them do some plumbing work for me to correct issues identified during a water meter replacement. They did a great job so I quoted for some more work - a leaky toilet valve, replacing the main water shutoff gate valve that leaks by, and a spigot that cannot decide whether it leaks or no. They sent thorough quotes that gave me all the necessary information to gather comps (none of which were comparable in price or thoroughness). I decided to move forward with the water heater and leaky toilet valve (when it rains it pours; AC went out at the same time I needed this job) and Tim showed up right at 9. He was polite and respectful and got right to work. He brought the new water heater in on a dolly, appropriately strapped and used a part of the cardboard box to protect the unit from the ratchet strap. When he had to run out for a part, he let me know and went to get it. The water heater install and toilet valve replacement took around 3 hours. I did a goof and moved cash to the wrong bank account and didn't have my checking account funded on the day of service. I called and talked to Audrey while Tim was still on site and she said it was totally fine to write a check that would be ready to cash on Friday (it's a Wednesday currently). Customer service is top notch and a great example of why to keep using independently owned businesses when private equity and corporate options seem like an easier option. One consideration is that of the 4-5 times Front Range Water Heater employees have been at my house, none have covered their shoes. For service professionals entering a home in all weather conditions and going back and forth to the nasty crawl space, that's a level of respect to the homeowner that I hope for every time and rarely encounter these days. When I needed to make a change to the repair schedule, they were more than accomodating. Also, if you are having MAJOR plumbing done, such as underground pipe repair, this company is better equipped than most anyone else who quoted my job. Some of the plumbers who came out to our house wanted to destroy our porch and our entire yard. The "trenchless" methods that A-1 is able to use will spare more of your yard and landscaping.
