We called several times simply trying to find out where his paycheck was and whether a replacement check could be issued if the original had been lost in the mail. When I contacted the office, I was treated very rudely. I explained that my son was waiting for wages he had earned and that we were trying to pay our bills, but I was told there was nothing they could do because the payroll person was out sick. When I asked if someone could cancel the original check and issue another one, I was told no and the secretary Carol hung up on me. My Son has not received his money. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when trying to receive wages they have already earned.
