If you are unfortunate to have to use one of these lice removal companies choose Nice Lice. I was able to call them at 10:30 PM to set an appointment for next day. The person answering the phone set the tone for the level of service I could expect. He was incredible knowledgeable, very friendly, and completely understanding of the freak out I was having. I received an email almost immediately after setting the appointment confirming the appointment and also providing a pamphlet telling me what would be needed for the appointment. Our technician arrived promptly with an entire rolling kit of products that she would need. She was SO friendly and outgoing right off the bat. She was great with my kids and really took her time to make sure that no hair had been left unturned. She checked everyone in the house thoroughly to make sure that she wasn't missing anyone. The wealth of knowledge she has on lice is incredible. She taught me how to come our hair so this, hopefully, won't happen again. Told me how to "kill" any eggs that may be on our bedding, brushes etc and what to do to take preventative measures. Great service! We had been battling live for about 2 weeks when we finally gave them a call. Raenell came on a Sunday and was excellent. Very professional, well informed, and friendly. She came and removed all infestation from our hair, showed us how and what to clean in our house and how to prevent and treat future lice outbreaks. She also left some gels and combs for continued treatment as well as her number so we can call and text pictures with any questions or concerns. We had bought over the counter mousse treatment to get rid of our girl's lice 1 week ago. But after 1 week I found some new ones so I called Nice Lice Removal. Raenell was fantastic! Kiddo came home from camp with lice (yuck). Treatment in the home is way better than clinic. Could do suggestions for home while she was treating kiddo.
