The appointment started with my youngest daughter, and the stylist began with my 8-year-old, who has very thick hair. I quickly noticed she was whimpering (tears running down her face). Upon checking, I saw he was combing her hair so harshly that it scraped her neck down to her back, leaving it bright red. I asked if this was normal, and the stylist responded with attitude that it was. I immediately told them to stop. By this point, my youngest daughter's session was done (they don't use heat on them).
