Ally, Jake, and their team have taken excellent care of multiple members of my family who had head lice, and they also screened the rest of our extended family to make sure we didn't have lice. If you're reading this review, please be reassured that having lice isn't because of poor hygiene. It's from having close head-to-head contact with someone who happens to have lice. (Hugging, taking a selfie together, etc.) We were promptly given appointments to get checked for lice, and treated at the same time if necessary. I felt so at ease and felt like Dr. Patel understood the challenges I was having getting rid of my hyperpigmentation (Asian skin can be tricky to treat with lasers and other procedures). I immediately purchased their membership and since then have seen a significant improvement. I love how friendly everyone is there and I have seen both Dr Patel and Dr Desai and both ladies are incredible. I have gotten botox, daxxify, Pico laser, 2 Enlighten Revepeels and am scheduled for micro needing soon.
