It's about 15/hr and the table options were 8ft and 9ft tables. Tables were pretty solid. Tight rails and table felt nice. A little tight for some shots considering the table over laps but very well lit area. Vietpop/Viethouse was refreshing. Crowds are pretty chill. Cues in house and usually racked up so they're not in the way. There's a small snack bar so if you want instant ramen of some other munchies, they got you covered. Plenty of chalk and even offer gloves for playing as well. Spent roughly 20 for about an hour and some change for the night. We got there around 10pm and there were tables available on Thursday night. No drinks in terms of beer or alcohol and non-smoking too. Definitely come check out this little gem.

You basically have to compromise your shot or hit people, and I'm not trying to hit anyone. It's one thing if the other customers are annoying, but their staff was annoying too. With their staff coming to take orders from the tables, there was this one waitress that kept walking into my zone when I was trying to shoot. Long live the Corner Pocket!…read more New owners took over in November 2025 and have quickly alienated loyal regulars, increased jukebox prices, blocked metal rock & roll and hip hop songs, hired "little hotties" instead of competent bartenders, eliminated full-time jobs, cancelled in-house pool tournaments, and even ran off the Sunday night APA pool league! They added a few big TV's though. The thing they are missing is that people can watch big TVs at home. Customers come to the Corner Pocket for something unique, forged over decades. What made the Corner Pocket so special is going away fast. If you can tolerate non-stop country music, don't appreciate a diverse local crowd, hate low-key dive bar vibes, embrace higher prices, reject friendly games of pool, and detest the warm camaraderie of local folks, then maybe the new "Cornered Pocket" is your kind of place now... The balls are all trainer balls and the tables are kept in decent condition. There is plenty of seating within the venue. The hourly rates are a bit higher than what we normally pay at $15/ hour for the gray tables and $17/ hour for the blue. There was a rowdy bunch of guys next to us yelling the whole time, but once they left, we had a decent experience. Overall the crowd seemed chill and everyone shot pretty well. They also offer gloves and higher end house cues to use.
