Came to check out a new billiards place to add to our weekly rotation. Was a little bit disappointed to see that this location allows smoking inside. The balls are all trainer balls and the tables are kept in decent condition. There is plenty of seating within the venue. The hourly rates are a bit higher than what we normally pay at $15/ hour for the gray tables and $17/ hour for the blue. There was a rowdy bunch of guys next to us yelling the whole time, but once they left, we had a decent experience. Overall the crowd seemed chill and everyone shot pretty well. They also offer gloves and higher end house cues to use. read more

Came with my best friend the other night, and this is one of the better pool halls I've been to in SoCal. The tables and cues were in great condition, but the highlight of the night was the puppies that came in toward the end. It's down the street from the BCD Tofu House, with great service, so that's a plus as well. read more

nice pool room in the corner of the shopping mall, lots of 9 ft tables with plenty of room to move around and not be in anyones way. bathroom was clean and everyone there was friendly, it was more of a younger college age crowd when I was there. Poor service. Dishonest staff, prioritizing regular customers over other customers. Don't trust the staff and don't think that if you come first they will give you a table first. They work according to their own preferences and not the order they registered. Staff lie when caught. read more

That was the worst customer service weve ever experienced! We are usual customers and today we decided to go play like usual with our group and one of the workers yelled at us aggressively because one of our friends leaned on one of the empty pool tables (youre not suposed to its a house rule) but we apoligized for the inconvinience. He then proceeded threatening to kick us out in a violent manner in a way that he wanted to fight. Things got a bit heated when our friend said "why are you giving attitude" which is unexpected of the guy, one of our guys had to break it up because no one else seemed to care, so we picked up our stuff, heading to the front desk, paid, and left. Another thing id like to add is that the whole time we were present the guy had eyes on us since the moment we walked in. NOTE: this is not the original owner; this is the first time weve ever seen this guy before, usually the owner is present and were pretty chill with him. We are not trying to put the owner or the business in a bad light, this was our go to spot, we legit felt disrespected and we cant come here anymore. Each and every pool table seems brand new and very clean and is ready for a nice professional game.
