I have not once posted a negative review on Google but feel obligated due to an extremely bad experience with All Ways Cabo Transport to warn others of my mistake. We recently had the same driver for three rides with All Ways. On our final ride, we decided to reach out to request a refund due to the inherently unsafe and concerning behavior exhibited during all three trips (only reported during final trip once we felt we were safe against potential driver/owner retaliation). For reference, we had a group of 7 girls on a girl trip - One of them (myself) being four months pregnant. We booked All Ways to ensure we had safe transport in Mexico. Across all three trips, the driver drove erratically, tailgating cars, running stop signs. He passed another van on a very narrow, cliff facing section of Pedregal. He appeared to be speeding. Everyone in the car felt like they were going to get in a car wreck, and everyone felt car sick. Shortly after emailing the company about the erratic behavior, the driver slowed to dangerously below the speed limit and drove outside of the highway lane after receiving a call from operations. This did not feel like a safe response, but actually further unsafe driving. We reached out requesting a refund but also to let the company know that one of their drivers was not behaving in a safe manner. Not only was our request for a refund denied due to no "objective evidence" of misconduct, the Company did not even state that they would do anything regarding the driver's behavior. We did follow up after this reaction letting them know we would have no choice but to post about the experience. When we posted about the experience, the owner proceeded to threaten to have the Google review removed for spam and effectively threatened me, implying something bad would happen to me and that I was somehow desperate for money inventing this experience as some sort of scam, when I simply believed the service we paid for was not provided at the level it should have been. The owner specifically claims that we incorrectly claimed the driver was driving 120 km/hr when the screenshot they themselves sent shows a vehicle at 117 km/hr. They later clarified this was a suburban and "not our vehicle." I guess those passengers were in a car that sped? We later followed up asking if they had any evidence to dispute the collective seven people claiming he tailgated, ran through stop signs and disobeyed the speed limit during other portions of the trip, etc. and never received a response. I further called the company three times to try to talk to someone on the phone directly but was never given the decency of a response. Only email threats/taunts. The owner also only provided selective screenshots of the speed the vehicle traveled for portions of the trip, omitting earlier portions where the driver was driving faster through areas that have stricter speed limits than the highway. Finally, we asked for the speed records of all three of our trips, only one was provided. And no maps were provided for the other two trips in which we requested a refund. Regardless of the "objective evidence" or not, I would think any reputable company would take a claim that the passengers felt unsafe during their experience seriously enough to at least suggest speaking with the driver or offering some sort of partial refund or other concession. This company did the complete opposite, mocking its customers' experience and making threats.

When I arrived, past the room with a million transportation vendors, outside the airport was Happy Tours in blue collared shirts waiting with my name printed exactly where the instructions had indicated. We took a large white shuttle to a separate parking area where we were dropped off for a sedan that was clean but not super new. I felt safe and comfortable getting to my destination. Both pesos and USD was accepted. When I asked for additional quotes, Isaac was polite and provided them. He even followed up each day that I had requested the quotes for despite not completing those trips. Overall, recommend them for his communication/customer service!

I understand that mistakes happen, but when a transportation company misses a confirmed pickup, especially an early-morning one where timing matters, I would expect them to cover the reasonable additional cost caused by the error. Disappointing experience overall. But to be honest, it is Mexico. This is somewhat common.

Upon arrival, make sure you keep walking once you exit the airport or there will be people pretending they are part of Transcabo. Go all the way outside and look for people in Uniform with printed logos on their shirts. The wait took about 15 minutes from check-in at the airport to being loaded up onto our shuttle. Transportation to our hotel was seamless. As for as our departure, they were on time, even a little early if we're being frank. Overall a great choice for transportation in Cabo.

He did have a little trouble finding our Airbnb which is in the older part of San Jose but what happened next is really why I'm giving him a 5 star. We arrived to find the host had left and a lockbox in place. I had received detailed information through Airbnb how to deal with this but I didn't have any data or cellular on my phone to get to this information. My husband was planning on buying sims later. Our driver managed to see through a window a posted sign with the owners phone number and called it. He opened the lock box and got us in the house. I thought we were going to be stuck on that sidewalk for who knows how long. He really came through for us. Talk about above and beyond.
