She reached out to me a week before our yacht day and there were some concerns she had with the yacht I originally booked and she called me with a solution already which was such relief for me. Many times when there are issues, people don't always have a solution right away, but she did and the yacht was awesome. We had a yacht with a jet ski and my husband had the best time. Booking & paying online was simple and convenient and prices were reasonable. I received a text the day before our reservation with a reminder and a detailed list of FAQ's that clarified everything. Finding the dock was a bit of a challenge at first (it's behind the ASA college building), but everything was smooth sailing once we got there. The pontoon boat is well-maintained and easy to navigate even for a novice. There were 6 adults and 1 baby under 2 years in our party (babies and kids under 12 must wear a lifejacket at all times. For best fit, bring your own baby life-vest) and we had more than enough room to stretch out and make ourselves comfortable. The day was mostly overcast with a slight chilly wind initially but then the sun came out and we enjoyed a beautiful day on the water including a few dolphin sightings. The whole thing was a great experience that we will definitely be repeating. If you've been thinking about renting a boat, I highly recommend you check this place out for yourself.

I found these guys on Yelp and decided to call them to see if there was any last minute availability. To my surprise, they had a tour available for the following day, our last day in Miami. That same night I got a call from the owner. I was dreading answering the phone because I thought for sure it was them calling to cancel on us because of some unforeseen circumstances. But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! I really appreciate that they thought to call us and offer us the more beneficial package. I should add that the owner was super kind and helped me throughout the entire booking process. He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable. It was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through everything and made it all so simple. He was kind enough to take a ton of wonderful photos of my friend and me while we snorkeled. He let us take our time and enjoy ourselves and was such a pleasure. He even gave us a tour of the area which I know he did not have to do.
