After all, who realistically gives a perfect rating before the product is even delivered or installed? I'm sharing all this to warn you about the headaches you may face. We hired them in March 2025, and after countless calls, texts, and emails, our gate wasn't installed until mid-November 2025--almost nine to ten months later. And what did we get after all that waiting? A gate they bought from Home Depot. I was quoted $2,800 for a 12-foot gate. When I looked up the exact gate on Home Depot's website, it cost under $1,000. The gate felt so flimsy that it seemed vulnerable to bending or damage with minimal force. Within a week of installation, I asked the Ergeon to remove it, and I sought out a new contractor who could deliver a true custom solution. Thankfully, we found Griffiths Metal Products, Inc., who completely turned the situation around. From the first conversation, they were professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping us recover from a very long and stressful experience. Despite the extensive delays caused by the previous contractor, Griffiths Metal Products, Inc. designed and produced a durable, high-quality custom metal gate in under one month. Their efficiency, communication, and craftsmanship were exceptional. If anyone from the Ergeon claims any part of this review is false, I have screenshots of emails and text messages that reflects the timeline and issues we experienced. We found Broward County Fence because they were highly rated on Angi's List. We were looking to…read morereplace our old wooden fence with a PVC fence in the summer of 2024. We received an estimate from Brandon Frick and decided to go through with the removal of the old fence and installation of a new PVC fence. Broward County Fence took care of all the permitting and was able to start the job in about a month. We were especially impressed with the dedication and speed of the workers. We had 3 or 4 workers who arrived on an early morning and they were able to remove the old wooden fence (92 linear feet,) and almost complete the full installation of the PVC fence in one day. I actually arrived home from work at about 5:00 and the men were still hard at work.....in the rain! And as it started getting dark just after 7:00pm; they were still working! They came back the following morning to finish up the 2 entrance gates and were finished well before noon. They also hauled away all of the old fence materials. The fence looks great! The only minor disappointment we had was that the post caps come off easily in heavy winds. My husband quickly screwed them down and the company has promised us a few replacement caps. We love the look of our new PVC fence!
