He could have just cleaned that 2 square foot spot by hand, he could have told me he won't clean under stoves so I could pick someone else, he could have let me just nask off that area with a cover so there was no risk of cleaning near it. Instead, I got nothing. So 5 stars, minus 1 for not telling me ahead of time about the stove, minus 1 for the exhorbitant cost to return, and minus another for not living up to his 100% satisfaction guarantee.
