I don't live or work anywhere near where they're located I only happen to come across them because I was on my way home from visiting family in the area but I will always go out of my way to go there to give them my business because of the exceptional service that they've always provided me.

I have very curly long hair and heard some good things about the Ouidad cut here. If I'm not mistaken, I think at the time they charged less than $100 (other salons charge nearly triple that for a Ouidad) so I thought I was in luck. If you have curly hair, I definitely suggest investing in a more qualified stylist/salon to perform your curly cut, as I left with an extremely choppy and uneven cut. Each layer was so separate from the next. I was heartbroken. Side note: after visiting a specialty curl salon almost a year after my cut at Salon one, the new stylist described my hair as "square," and "disconnected." Anyway I'm sure they can cut straight hair.

I try not to complain unless a service is really awful. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had…read more The staff strolled in almost 10 minutes late. The products were abrasive and smell like industrial cleaners. My toenails weren't trimmed evenly. She spend about 15 seconds on my calloused skin. She didn't use any lotion on my feet or calves. Basically it was an overpriced (and still not very good) polish change. One and done here.
